Welcome, dear viewers, to our format today, Natural Medicine.
Today we talk about many possibilities and ways
that are really available to us in life to die healthy.
How that works and what to consider,
you will find out today from our guest. Stay tuned.
Hello, dear Jutta. Nice that you took the time.
Hello, dear Corinna. Greetings to Switzerland from the Far North.
Yes, super nice. We have already done some interviews together.
You are a graduate engineer in biomedicine,
and you have dedicated yourself to health through your own challenges in life.
I am very happy to talk to you today about your book,
where you really have the topic of dying healthy as a trailer.
And also a little bit about how it got you to put it on paper.
Exactly. Dying healthy, that's possible.
That's my provocative title.
I always call myself an expert on chronic health.
A lot of people laugh at that,
because it is always titled with a disease.
We have already made a few episodes about my career, about the blueberry.
You are welcome to listen to everything, also on the homepage accordingly.
But it was important to me that what I was allowed to experience,
I needed seven years to get back to chronic health,
all these insights that, so to speak,
from school medicine to natural medicine to information medicine,
kicked me, so to speak.
I was forced to do it.
And it was just important to me,
hey, just put it on paper,
because so many people asked me,
tell me, how did you actually manage
to get from an allegedly chronic virus-negative myocarditis
back to complete health?
Yes, and then I said,
okay, now I'll sit down, write it down,
with the provocative title, dying healthy, that's possible.
Great.
You really made a complete turnaround in the book.
I read it.
So there is nothing that you would not have taken into account.
On your own way of healing and when writing a book,
what are the real key issues for you,
where you say, we won't get around it.
If we are sick, we have to take that into account.
I think this main topic,
which is also the subtitle of my book,
is information as medicine.
Now one or the other will probably ask themselves,
what do you mean by that?
That is, I'll put it very provocatively,
what saved me.
I mean, with this information as medicine,
all this information that we absorb through our senses,
so what we hear, say, smell, taste,
it all has an information.
Maybe an example, when I was in the hospital
and they told me, girl, you have to take your medicine all your life,
with the heart, it's not the way it should be anymore.
That's the way it is now.
That's information that did something to me.
And I believed it at first,
because I come from medical school and thought,
okay, if Dr. Schäffertz tells me that,
then it will be like that.
And this information does something to you.
It subconsciously stimulates fear.
Or it doesn't necessarily instill trust and hope.
And that's how I got on this path
to information as medicine, to information medicine,
that I thought, hey guys, it makes sense
that we think about what we say to people,
how we say it,
and above all, where we can get information
that is good for us.
And that's where I first started with the topic of water,
because the two of us are two oceans that are opposite us,
with 85 percent water or 70 to 85 percent.
And I first thought, okay,
if we consist of so much water
and we can also inform water,
we can give it good information,
if we then absorb it, then it does something to us.
So I came across the topic of water,
which many also know, Masaru Emoto, all these experiments.
That's how I came to this topic.
And then I thought, okay,
my words, what I'm saying now,
that also has information,
that brings something into shape again.
So it regularly informs people.
And that's how this bridge was created,
to distribute all this information as medicine,
also in the book, accordingly, across all our senses.
So I practically first went over the language,
then what we hear, what we eat.
Also vitamins, vital substances have information
and of course what we see, of course.
I was looking forward to the interview now.
That's also information.
We absorb 80 to 85 percent of our information
through the eyes.
And if I would think now,
oh God, I have to talk to Corinna now.
You know, that does something to us.
But if I say, hey, great, let's see
what we can do in half an hour
for the people,
that has a completely different impact on my cells,
and of course also on health.
And then of course there is also
this resonance and frequencies.
And then we see a picture in the background
and my trouser,
where it was not discussed.
You know, everything is like that.
I always know, okay, that matches.
That's also interesting,
if you draw angel cards now,
then funnily enough, everyone always has the card
that he is wearing right now, right?
With the color elements in it.
And there you see, there is just so much more
that we are connected to.
Absolutely.
Between heaven and earth.
And that is not communicated that way.
And that is also my big point of criticism,
in education, in studies,
that such things are not even perceived.
But how do I talk to a patient?
I have a lot,
so this book actually only exists
from stories that I have experienced myself.
And after 35 years,
yes, a lot comes together.
And I used to be like that myself,
that I just thought
certain things are like that,
you can't do anything about it.
And if you put yourself down
and nothing works
according to this original scheme,
then you just have to think,
maybe there are other things
between heaven and earth.
And so I sort of
took apart all the components
and looked at what information
we need
so that we become chronically healthy
and then die healthy.
It is also a challenge
to really find out
what fits you
in all the information.
How did you do it
back then?
Trying is about studying.
So I admit,
I did a lot of nonsense today,
I would say,
but it was an experience
that I needed to select.
Okay, that doesn't fit.
Actually, it's just like
with vitamins.
One needs 2,000 units,
the other needs 5,000,
the other needs 10,000 units.
So every person is different.
And a vitamin also has information
that it passes on to the cells
and thus can cause
health or illness.
And it's really often
just about trying.
And today, I have to say,
I always tell people,
try to listen to your intuition again.
How does it feel?
So don't believe me either,
but just take a look.
Hey, is that right for me?
Because it's okay,
so it's okay.
And with that,
we come back to the information.
So I inform something
that was, so to speak,
out of order.
Dr. Bircher,
you also had him with you,
we are talking about
order therapy,
that we really look for all that
that brings us back to order.
And that starts with
what we drink,
what we eat,
with which people we surround ourselves with,
what is good for us,
what is not good for us,
and then goes on to the work
that we do,
do we love what we do?
So that's such a big conglomerate
to become and stay healthy.
So it's not just the food
or just a drug,
but it's a whole bouquet of flowers, ultimately.
You quoted in your book
about 80 studies
or floated into
all the information.
Do you have the feeling
that the things that really contribute
to healing, to holistic healing,
are already really so holistic
in the form of studies?
Or are there just areas
where there are simply
no studies,
but people, through their experience,
of course, also have the healing successes,
because you may not be able
to put it into studies.
So if you really dig,
I would say it's all there.
And that's the fatal thing.
Maybe to a study
that I found very interesting,
funnily enough from Finland,
they took 146 patients
who were operated on the meniscus
and were supposed to be operated on.
The surgeon didn't know
which patient was lying.
And it's like this,
not all of them were operated on,
but a certain number.
There was always a cut, yes,
but a certain number
of the meniscus was really operated on
and a different number,
but nothing was done.
They all only had one cut.
The funny thing is,
healing successes occur in all of them.
They exist en masse,
but they are not communicated.
And I mean,
that's something that shows us very clearly
what we can achieve
with our own faith.
That's the placebo.
And I have also taken examples
like Nocebo,
so I will not fall.
There are also studies,
and that's the complete opposite,
that patients are told
they get a chemotherapy
and they know
their hair falls out.
There was only cooking salt in it.
And the people's hair fell out.
They had the side effects.
Of course, they still strengthened
among themselves.
You know, that's so bad.
And you can just see
what words can do.
And that's why I always tell people
to be so careful.
Many people call me and say
I have a chronic disease,
or the best sentence
was just two days ago.
It was about depression.
I just remembered
and then a doctor,
that's not a joke,
actually said to this patient
that the modern woman of today
takes antidepressants.
Corinna, I don't remember anything anymore.
So what do these words
do to a person?
And the woman was the only one
in self-responsibility.
I'm completely wrong here.
And I'm really angry at this lady
because she went her own way
very self-responsibly.
But I think,
and the doctor didn't
mean it badly,
because that's not a criticism at all,
but she doesn't know it any other way.
And I just think that's the bad thing,
that this perception is so
driven through
within two boards,
that what might be possible
could not be perceived
at all.
Unfortunately,
there is far too much
experience in this direction.
It's unbelievable.
But on the other hand,
of course, it's also the gifts
to get into self-responsibility.
Definitely.
So there are books
like yours,
where you say,
I'll take an overview
of what I'm interested in.
I'm interested in the topic of water
or frequencies
or the blueberry.
That was actually your baby.
That's where we met.
When you talk about the blueberry,
I think you're talking about
your great love.
Yes, it is.
But you say something.
I always say,
I found the blueberry.
It only helped me
and we've talked about it
in some other interviews.
Ultimately,
it's just a mirror of it.
Through this blueberry,
I was allowed to go public
and was forced to give
my knowledge award.
For me, it's magic.
I have to make sure
that I don't talk about it
or I'll get too involved.
But all these plants,
of course it's the blueberry,
they all emit a frequency.
Every person was born
at a different time,
in a different place.
Everyone resonates with
a different metal,
a different plant.
For me, it's copper.
I know I need a lot of copper.
For other people,
I recently had an elderly lady
who needs a lot of manganese
because of her birthday.
Every person is different.
It's not about sharing a comb,
it's about looking at who's sitting
in front of you.
Even if two people,
even twins,
are born at the same time,
but they can tick
completely differently.
I think it's important
to bring out the individuality
of the people
and to tell them,
hey, you're your own creator
and you're chronically ill.
Now we're coming
from a time
where we women learned
with structure,
with goals,
with goals and plans.
I think we're
quite similar there.
And now the time is changing.
Now it's a little bit about
letting yourself be led
into this dedication,
where I also think
in the process,
that life is running now.
And then I might
also be brought
to these therapists,
to the plant.
Yes, exactly.
You're really led there
when you're open to it.
I'm also someone who's been
closing these walls for years,
decades.
I really closed them
in the truest sense of the word
and only in recent years
I'm closing my life.
And that's so brilliant
where you're led.
In the sense that we always
want to do something,
to achieve something.
But to just sit down
and say,
it's all there,
just look at life.
We're not used to that.
And especially as a woman,
you have to do something
to be better.
It was completely walled up,
or it's still being walled up today.
And to really say,
I'll just let this intuition,
these feelings go.
It's really a learning process.
So with me too.
How many people have a heart disease today?
That's no coincidence.
And we'll get to that.
And that's why it's so important
to let these feelings go again.
And that's how you're
led to the plant.
I often get customers,
patients, who say,
recently a peppermint is growing
in my garden.
I say, great, then you know,
peppermint is good for the liver.
Then your liver needs some support.
Oh, I haven't seen that yet.
So just pay attention
to the little signs.
Or you open a book.
These synchronicities come.
Or you hear a song.
So just a little bit of that again.
I always say,
you don't have to tell everyone everything.
But you can just
sensitize it a little bit for yourself.
And then people
will be surprised
where they are led again.
That's crazy.
Or music.
I also have a nice example
with the cows with VR glasses
in the cow pen.
But everyone can read the experiment
themselves.
I mean, we hear some great song.
We just talked about
iNaudi, about these wonderful composers.
I mean, that touches our soul.
And that goes into resonance
and does good to our cells.
And that's positive information
that does us good again.
And why don't we just use it?
It's all there.
Do you feel
that after the book
there is really
something completed,
round, or is your journey
still going on?
I already have the next book in my head.
But I'm not saying anything yet.
I already have the title.
And we just talked about it.
And it was definitely
a conclusion.
A conclusion of a journey of mine.
And I think everyone who
writes a book, writes it for themselves first.
So that he can go through
certain things again.
When I wrote it,
I went to a really quiet place
and just wrote.
And tears flowed.
It's very personal.
Nothing is copied out.
The stories are everything.
I also experienced patient stories.
And when I then
dug into my suitcase again,
I was amazed
what we are allowed to experience
in this life.
But the journey continues.
It never stops.
Especially the blueberry journey
for me.
It doesn't go any other way.
What I would also like to mention again,
that came to me again yesterday
during a call.
The mother had breast cancer
and the daughter
at the mammography said
that because of the
pre-disease of her mother,
she had to do this and that.
It would also be important for me to say
that we now know
that only 5% of diseases
are hereditary
due to epigenetics,
i.e. due to external factors.
I know
that it has not yet
penetrated far enough into humanity.
That's why I would like to repeat it again.
I also wrote a chapter on this.
That it really depends
on the lifestyle.
When I have a cookbook
in my kitchen.
I don't have that many cookbooks,
but if I decide
to make a pizza today,
I take out the book for the pizza.
That's how we can imagine it
with the genes.
When our whole library
is our genes,
we decide which book we read.
I don't think you can repeat
that often enough
to make people worry.
Then another topic came up.
She said, well, should I go
to a gene test?
Everyone has to decide for themselves.
It always depends on
which person I am.
What would you do with it
if you have a note
that says you have the genes,
i.e. the risk of a certain disease
is increased.
What does that do to you?
To be honest,
even if I might say
I know it's not like that.
Consciousness creates reality.
Exactly.
I think I don't have
the right to say
whether to do the test or not.
You just have to think
beforehand about what
consequence that would have for you.
You can also look at how
women and men are treated
in school medicine.
How humiliating.
What happens there?
On the other hand,
you would have to say,
well, let's do the test.
Then they come in with a mammogram
and get it.
It's the same right for everyone,
isn't it?
Absolutely.
I used to work
at a large radiological institute
for two years.
Back then,
it was the mammography pope.
I also believed that.
I grew up that way.
It was my entrance before
studying and I said,
every woman has to be
in line for the mammography
because only then can you
discover everything early enough.
I also grew up that way
and that's why I understand
the people who were suggested
that way.
They don't know it any other way.
I think you also have to
be careful
to ask yourself,
what if?
Just show the different
possibilities.
For example,
my grandma has chest pains,
I don't have any.
That's also weird.
My mom has a hip joint,
I don't have any.
But I'm still healthy.
What did I do differently?
Maybe showing these examples
when people say dogmatically,
but that's the way it is now.
It's a hot iron
and it's a very, very careful degree
because an incredible amount of
fear just swings with it.
Yes, but it's also
a nice quality of time
that we're having right now,
where we can devote ourselves
to the topics of fears,
self-responsibility and
self-empowerment in full,
right?
And that's also
what I always repeat,
self-responsibility.
I have really listed all areas,
about the seahorse,
where I then go into dementia,
Alzheimer's,
what we can do for our seahorse,
for our hippocampus.
I have written everything down,
but everyone can do it themselves.
I can and must not do anything
for someone else.
I may instruct,
but everyone can do it themselves.
And I think I just got
an email today,
where I can
always take a deep breath,
when it says,
yes, I do these
informational medical examinations
and in the first examination everything was great,
people are doing better.
In the second, this person
didn't notice anything
and then does other things.
Of course, he then looks for,
not guilt, but the reason on the outside.
And I think that's too bad,
when self-responsibility
is given up again.
And I say, people,
we can only do it ourselves.
I know it works,
but it's useless.
Everyone can experience it themselves
and with that we are at trust.
Trust is a huge topic.
Yes, I think the important factor
is also the psychosomatic
thematic,
patterns, beliefs,
blockades,
sacrifice, roles, these are the classics.
Exactly, but we have it in our hands.
And when I think about
what I did,
I also reflected that in the book,
what I did in courses,
seminars, in retrospect,
I think to myself, my goodness,
you can write another five books about it.
In the end, everything is so simple,
because when we
start to understand it,
then we don't need
530 courses.
It sounds too simple,
but when I have a headache
and say, for example,
today during the interview
it just doesn't fit
into this day,
and I really turn this focus
on this health,
it doesn't always work for me,
I also practice every day.
I'm just like everyone else,
I keep falling into my holes
and now I'm crawling out
a little faster,
so it's better.
But when we really
focus on the beautiful,
on this positive,
it's really wonderful to see
how quickly we can
get back from the role of the victim
to the role of the creator.
That's so gigantic,
but everyone can experience it themselves.
We can't avoid that.
Thank you very much for the nice interview.
You're very welcome.
If people want to read up
on the topic
blueberry,
die healthy.
Just go to my homepage
www.jutta.suffner.de,
but we've also done so many
interviews at Kurs24.
If you google Jutta and blueberries,
you'll have enough to do.
Great, thank you very much.
I wish you all the best
and good luck with your next book.
See you soon.
Thank you, Jutta.
Thank you, Corinna.
Dear viewers,
don't we all want to die healthy
and, of course,
follow our intuition into health
and go our own way
into self-enlightenment?
I hope you were able to take a lot with you.
Thank you very much for watching.
See you soon.
