Are you already on Wikisana?
Welcome, dear viewers, to our format,
the meaning of life.
Today we are talking about fear.
Fear is narrowing our focus,
it is also set in seconds.
And how much suffering comes from it,
and how we then really limit our life
or it is limited,
that all of this would be absurd and not necessary at all,
we will find out now from Andreas Bermknecht.
Stay tuned.
Hello, dear Andreas.
As always, I look forward to your comprehensive point of view.
Fear is such a topic that really dominates the world,
you can almost say.
And that we don't have to take over
and that it may even be absurd.
I look forward to learning more from you.
With pleasure.
How did you come to the topic of fear?
Through my own life experience, of course.
So if you have a very bad situation,
a very threatening one, then I think that's normal.
For me, the question was always,
what can I do?
How do I get out of it?
And then, when you deal with it
and recognize the background,
why is fear there at all?
Is there a difference between fear and fear?
Is fear really normal,
as it is said in psychology?
Then I questioned everything.
I do that basically.
Because I basically don't believe anything.
And that's a good approach.
I recommend that to everyone,
because we often take over things
that we take over unquestioningly.
And that's very unfavorable.
Because the world, as I see it now,
the created world,
there is such a reality,
there is a reality,
there are different terms.
And we live like in a matrix, a bubble.
And it is artificially created by forces
that know how to control people.
And the very best means of control
in first place, by far, is fear.
So you have to ask yourself,
who has something of it,
that it is so installed worldwide,
that so many things are created.
And who is the beneficiary of it?
And if you know that,
then you can go the next step and say,
if that's the case,
then I can get out of fear.
And that happens suddenly,
if you don't take it as a given
and say, fear is normal.
No, it's not normal.
These are basic topics
that you should consider.
And then you can ask yourself
much better questions.
Because if you look at it like that,
then you see the world as very narrow.
Or our ability to create our world
is very narrow.
Because if we know that we can
always create our world differently,
no matter what's on the outside,
then you get out of it.
But how do we get there?
Because we were raised and conditioned
in a completely different way.
And to believe that may be very difficult.
Look, who is struggling with the background.
I'll go back a little bit.
There are plans and strategies
that are very old
to control and use humanity.
To exploit.
That's just the way it is.
To exploit.
Monetarily, energetically, all that.
And there are things
like, for example,
you always have to
take care of threats.
Wars, the climate
that falls on our feet,
viruses that suddenly appear.
There you can make
an eternally long list.
It's a mix of oil crisis,
of this, of sour rain,
of always there's something new
that's always threatening.
Always. And then it's everywhere
in the controlled media.
It fits everywhere.
And now one thing happens.
We live in a threat.
And if you're not clear yet,
you unconsciously jump on this threat.
Because a mechanism in our brain
on the physical level
is such that information that comes in there
is evaluated very quickly
before we can think about it.
And if something is threatening,
the survival drive jumps into us.
We have to survive.
That means the information no longer comes
into our brain and we can no longer
think rationally about it,
no longer make decisions.
And if you can do that very well
now, through traumatic experiences,
then it's like stored in someone.
You just have to push this trigger
often enough.
That's a permanent retraumatization.
And so you can lead an incredibly large
mass of people
who continue to take advantage.
And the one who is suffering is the individual
who doesn't even know that there is a system
behind it and how he can
withdraw from this system.
And just as you say so beautifully,
because then you can no longer think,
then the focus is so narrow
that you no longer see the possibility
that you can recognize it.
Exactly, like a horse with fear flaps.
That's a reduction.
Or when you drink alcohol,
the focus becomes narrower,
the sight falls away.
And so there is also ...
It's like an overlay.
And if you still know that consciousness
actually has a filter function,
that means we have almost
an inexhaustible knowledge.
But we can't process that at the same time,
because we have to focus on something
So everything that has to do
with the momentary survival
is out of focus.
That's the filter function of consciousness.
If I shift this filter so much
that it no longer has to do
with people, with the soul,
with the soul plan, with joy,
but shift it to
threats, to distractions,
to topics that don't really exist,
then I'm busy with it,
then I'm thinking about it,
then it's in all my thoughts,
in my emotions.
I don't feel safe.
And these are the mechanisms
why I suddenly somehow
try to get through life,
do things I don't want to do
or should do,
do things I don't want to do,
and so I'm in this channel.
You have to understand
that this is such a mechanism.
From my point of view,
it's important to understand that,
because then you know,
yes, and then it's usually like this,
because this fear is omnipresent
or it's unpleasant,
then you also try to overdo it
with the wrong means,
with watching TV, distractions
or other things,
and then you promote this system again.
And you just mentioned it,
the word fear is something else
than fear.
Fear is something I can name specifically.
For example, my account has been transferred.
There is a letter from the bank
that I have to come to a conversation.
That's fear, because I can name it.
I'm afraid of this appointment.
You can deal with it relatively well,
because it can be named specifically.
Fear is basically diffuse.
And that's the mean thing about fear.
So if I create a threat
or have one
that I can no longer grasp,
then I have this permanent feeling of
I don't know what's going on,
I'm scared.
So maybe the first point
would be to say,
what is the fear that I have?
Then you already concretize,
then more power comes back to you.
Yes, so what I experience a lot
when I ask people,
what is it specifically?
Then it just doesn't make sense
to be in this world anymore.
We have no chance anyway,
we don't have to bring children
into the world.
And then if I want to go
to the other level,
then I have to do it.
And that's also a shift.
What is reality?
That is so firmly rooted
in people.
Exactly, and that's like
a closed cycle.
And the more often I'm in there,
something else adds up.
Everything we do,
in the brain it's called
long-term potentiation.
That means things I do regularly.
When I learn a new language,
special connections are created.
And these connections make
the energy flow faster.
It has a lot of effects,
also on the chemical level in the brain,
how information is transmitted
through the neurons.
And when I deal a lot
with these topics,
neuronal structures
in my brain arise,
which ensure that the fear
continues to exist from within.
So I start to develop a behavior
that promotes it further.
An automated fear behavior
is created.
Yes, and also a certain urge.
I experience that again and again,
like a sensation.
Sometimes things
that are so negative
also have a fascination.
It's like a trauma struggle
that pulls people
to the negative.
I think it has to do with
when you can't feel yourself anymore.
When you can't feel anything at all.
When you no longer go into
this hostility,
this silence,
this real feeling.
When you don't have that anymore,
you miss something,
and then you need it
through things like bungee jumping
or horror movies,
because then I feel something.
It's a substitute for real feeling.
I go in there,
which of course is not so beneficial.
But then other things emerge.
I'm like an adrenaline junkie.
That's the point.
It takes me away from what I really am.
I always find it very difficult
to explain to people
how to get there.
I'm really curious.
Actually not.
No, I'm serious.
It's not that difficult.
The point is
that many people deal with it.
There is someone
called Hawkins.
Not this scientist,
but someone else.
I don't know his first name.
He was an American.
He ran very large psychiatric clinics,
even the largest in Boston at the time.
He dealt
a lot with spiritual topics.
Among other things,
he studied
over 100,000 people
kinesiologically.
That means,
I put my vibration
in a certain state that I have.
For example, if someone is depressed,
you measure it kinesiologically.
He determined a scale from 0,
where you are dead,
to 1000, where you are in pure divine consciousness,
that is, Christ consciousness.
That's the scale.
Now, for example,
200, but not the double of 100,
but a multiple of 100.
800 is a multiple
of that.
A parable.
It's really exciting
what came out of it.
For example,
if I'm afraid,
it's at a level of 100,
on this scale of 100 units.
Below that,
it goes further down,
in depressions, all that.
It goes down to death.
Above fear, there are things like anger,
hate, and so on.
Then there is a threshold value
of a vibration of 200.
That's the level of
self-empowerment and courage.
That's very interesting.
Everything below that,
below 200,
goes further down.
All of that is bad for me and my environment.
Every time I'm on this vibration,
it's bad for me and my environment.
Now something interesting happens.
Above that level,
for example, hope begins.
Things fit there.
For example, at a vibration of 500,
there is love.
But at a vibration of 600,
there is joy.
Joy stands energetically above love.
That's exciting.
But it also makes sense.
And if you already know that,
then you can do something.
Namely, in the things
where you feel bad,
when you're afraid,
you have to,
consciously,
prepare yourself for joy.
You immediately raise your energetic vibration.
That's possible.
Probably at the beginning.
That means you consciously go for it.
Because love is difficult.
To love me when I feel bad,
that's difficult.
But I can start to do joy.
Through little things.
That's very, very fast.
In general, it doesn't help to keep it for a long time.
But it's the first breakthrough,
this ice.
And I also produce special audio files
that help you to go deeper.
Maybe we can go deeper.
But this way you can
get it going relatively quickly.
Exciting.
At first, there was a resistance in me.
I say, what? Joy is above love.
I always tell myself,
love is the greatest power.
But now I understand exactly
what is meant by that.
And that's true.
You get into things easier
than you get into love.
Exactly.
I have to say,
pure divine love
is not measurable.
That's the highest state.
But what we can really feel as love,
that's what we're talking about on this level.
And that's what joy is about.
Because when I have real joy,
I have love anyway.
The idea is included.
That's what brings it along.
And that really makes sense.
By the way,
only after that,
true thinking begins.
Real thinking is beyond joy.
That's also to be known.
And real thinking means
I can draw my own conclusions
from different information.
I can gain new insights.
That's where thinking begins.
The other is a movement of things
through the head that were thought of by others.
Well said.
You said you also
developed a file for that.
How do you have to imagine that?
Very simple.
I work with binaural beats.
That means you hear with headphones.
And by frequency differences,
these are scientific facts,
I can bring the brain
to certain states.
And that's very important.
I can then pull my brain
out of this daydream
into a state of delta and theta.
That's like a dream, meditation
or deep sleep.
And the nice thing is,
in this state,
our day consciousness is deactivated.
And that means I can influence
my subconscious.
That's where the fears come from.
And now I can,
like in a field,
a freshly plowed field,
put seeds in it.
And when I see wheat,
I will harvest wheat.
And our subconscious is,
as Jesus said, like a field.
And what I put in there,
thoughts,
trauma, others,
that will inevitably go away.
And when I start
to put things in there
that are beneficial,
like self-love,
not being in love,
when you put courage in there,
when you put other thoughts in there,
over and over again,
then it starts to grow from within.
And I start to do things
differently, rather unconsciously.
I suddenly do something
that feels good to me.
I suddenly have the courage
to do something I didn't have before.
That's what these audio files do.
And with that you can start
to tear out the root of evil.
The root of fear.
And I start to build up
this power from within.
And with that we have extraordinary results.
Yes, I can imagine that.
But it's also about
that for our brain,
when we imagine positive things,
when we give joy to our brain,
our vision,
which is our future,
then the same things happen
as we experience reality, right?
Yes and no.
Because there are levels in us
that are deprived of the access
of our conscious thinking.
You can imagine it like different hierarchies.
There are encapsulated elements
that are like
you would have in a church,
in a castle, a safe,
where there is something inside
that is closed.
There are different layers.
And there are layers that are like
armor, you can imagine.
I can't get through
classical therapies.
I have to act differently.
I have to get down
and dissolve it fundamentally.
And those are the things
like a rock from the shoulders.
These are deep,
unconscious convictions
about life, about how we see others,
our missing self-worth,
all that is often buried very deep.
But I can dissolve that
through such audio files,
because exactly these layers
come into resonance there.
Exciting. And there are also
often protective mechanisms,
because we really encapsulate these topics,
because it would be too much for us.
Can such topics
also be reached?
What you are saying is
that I have
presented this as a layer model.
And the innermost core
is always the problem.
And that is usually a situation in life
where we have suffered a strong emotional
injury and then we say
that will never happen again.
We don't necessarily do that
consciously, but we don't want
to have it anymore.
When something happens in a state of shock,
in an accident,
it is automatically stored.
And that goes beyond our consciousness.
We believe we have overcome it,
but the core is still unhealed.
And that's why
the same situations always happen in life.
Because the soul says,
watch out, there is something unhealed,
we can't leave it like that,
I'll send you a new situation
that you can approach.
That's why the same thing always happens to me.
But behind all this
there is always love.
That means that the soul
acts out of love so that you
take care of it, so that it is solved.
And that's exactly what I'm talking about.
And that's what the audio files do.
They go down to this level,
so that the willingness to come to a real
solution process comes.
And when I see this
from trauma therapy,
then you always have to be
very careful, because it's not
too soon for the system
that there is no retraumatization
again.
You don't have to worry about that.
It always comes as it should
when you hear this audio file.
Retraumatization comes
in my experience
with the therapies that
do retraumatization.
When I talk about it all the time.
When you go back to the topic.
When you call it up again and do it again.
And especially about your rational mind.
That's the main topic
that you just talked about.
So it's not recommended at all.
I'm going a completely different way.
That's a combination.
And we have something in us,
no matter what is traumatized,
there is something behind it that is bigger.
And this bigger thing is completely
unimpressed by what it is.
For example, in a course in miracles,
it comes out very clearly that God
doesn't know anything about your problems.
And many say, yes, that can't be.
It sounds like blasphemy.
But you have to understand
the background.
God can't know that
because then he would be able to say,
yes, that's real.
But since it's an illusion,
a perversion of the divine,
God can't see it at all
because it doesn't exist at all.
If we know that,
we can put a lot more trust in it
and say, hey, that's actually true.
I can handle it much better.
You can get used to it again
because it's normal.
And I work on these levels
that remind us of what we really are.
And if we know that,
the rest is a logical consequence
that it has to disappear.
Yes, that's always the question
that comes up.
How can the divine allow that?
That's always a way of looking at it.
It's like
we direct all the crap
and now there is a guilty one,
namely God.
And that's the ego topic,
the diabolical, the guilt.
It is called up
and receives the diabolical in life
because there is no guilt at all.
And if you don't understand that
with your mind,
then you have to slowly prepare yourself
and then you get into a very
positive situation that contains
much more love, much more understanding,
much more strength and courage and joy
because it is our natural state.
We have to move away from the
misperception of the illusion
and the ego.
And ego, not how you are egoistic,
but ego is the principle of
the never taking place separation from God.
That's actually the ego.
And if you heal that,
then the worst happens for the dark side.
Then you are invulnerable.
So beautifully said.
And I also believe that guilt is
next to fear one of the main virtues of humans
because you feel permanently guilty.
You are aware that you should
act this way and that way, but you can't.
Then guilt always comes.
Guilt always comes in somehow, doesn't it?
Yes, it is ultimately that ...
I don't want to dive too far into this,
but if you look very deeply into
the stories in the Bible
what Jesus says,
that is, this apparent separation
from God
that has taken place,
it carries such a great, very deep
unconscious guilt in us that is unbearable.
And because it is unbearable,
there is the system of projection.
We project it into the world outwardly
and that's why we love to find it so guilty
because it gives us the feeling
that I can't do anything about it, I'm innocent.
And by doing that,
I keep the guilt alive
and dissolving it, that's fear again,
getting such things,
ultimately the result of this misperception
and that is the diabolical side.
I think there is almost nothing more to say
about this wonderful conclusion
except for the people who can find you.
