Видео об одном из самых сильных украинских армрестлеров в своей весовой категории Олеге Жохе и его невероятно сильной левой руке.
This guy was born for armwrestling. He realized his anomalous data by directing them in the right direction. Just look at his left hand and you will immediately understand everything.
Oleg Zhok, the hero of today's issue, won gold twice at the European and three times at the World Championships, experienced terrible accidents and returned to the big sport again, but let's talk about everything in order.
People like Zhok can be called any word, whether it's a phenomenon, a unicum, or a gift. All this fits him and is not a clickbait at all, because it is.
People like him, people born, it would seem, with a certain innate anomaly, in our world can find it a very worthy application. I say they, since Oleg is not the only one.
Athletes like Tuan Anh, Mehmet Poltaki, Jeff Dabe and Matias Schlitte also have a similar anomaly, but it was Oleg for some reason that became famous all over the world.
So, gradually, he began to fight all opponents in his weight category and quite confidently moved to the heavyweight field, where he made a name for himself on the incredible contrast of dimensions.
And how do you like the fight with Alexey Semirenko, where, even taking into account the anomaly of Oleg's hand, he is still twice as small as his opponent and, judging by the outcome of the fight, twice as strong?
And for those who are guessing what is now with the star armwrestler, I will answer that just recently he took part in the 44th world championship of the city of Almaty, in which 1,500 athletes took part and where Oleg took the first place.
As a result, Zheg received his 10th medal from the world championship, which he even paid attention to, showing 10 fingers right from the tournament stage.
Despite this, the athlete also noted positive sides, for example, the level of support for Kazakhs by their athletes is incredibly high, it was not easy to win and kill strong Kazakhs on their territory.
As for training, the hammer exercise with a strap from the working corner is Oleg's favorite.
The basis is maximum tension, says Oleg, since in armwrestling the load is mostly static, so all movements are performed with very short arms and, of course, with large weights.
In general, the topic of the strength of this guy has always been of interest, because Oleg has never advertised his results and has always been very modest about his strength indicators.
From what is freely available, you can find lifts on biceps from Oleg in the simulator, where he coped with a weight of 93 kg, there is also training of the shoulder-lumbar muscle, also with a weight of 95 kg, only this time with one hand.
Well, at home, on a homemade simulator, Oleg, in principle, did not pay attention to the weight, just added concrete slabs until he felt that it was enough.
And due to the fact that armwrestling is a very monotonous sport, it simply did not make sense to set some records in other exercises.
The only thing I personally noticed was Oleg's words that he can pull up 10 times on one hand, and maybe someday we will see how Oleg does it on video.
However, in 2018, even before the accident, this guy proved to everyone that he is the best, taking the title of the absolute world champion.
He did it when no one believed in him, and now, although Oleg admits that it will be much harder, however, he believes in his dream to take this title again.
Also watch our previous video about how to train strength on an ordinary court, and why we suggest starting training with calisthenics, and why athletes in this direction are so strong in other disciplines, including armwrestling.
