Resep Indomie Ayam Jamur (untuk 2 porsi)
Bahan:
2 bungkus mi instan rasa kari ayam
2 sdm minyak
2 siung bawang putih
80 gr jamur champignon
150 gr ayam paha filet
1 sdm maizena
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdm saus tiram
250 ml air
1 ½ bumbu mi
Pelengkap:
Sawi hijau, potong
Cabai rawit merah
Langkah:
1. Belah empat jamur champignon, iris bawang putih dan potong kotak ayam filet
2. Campurkan air dengan maizena, aduk rata
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan jamur, tumis hingga sedikit kecokelatan lalu masukkan ayam, masak sesaat
4. Masukkan kecap manis dan saus tiram , aduk rata lalu tambahkan bumbu mie dan minyak bawang, aduk rata
5. Masukkan larutan maizena, masak sesaat hingga mengental
6. Didihkan air, rebus cabai rawit, dan mie hingga matang, lalu masukkan sawi hijau, masak sesaat, tiriskan
7. Di dalam piring saji susun mie, sawi hijau, dan cabai rawit lalu siram saus jamur di atasnya
8. Indomie ayam jamur siap disajikan

Chicken Mushroom Indomie Recipe (yield 2 servings)
Ingredients:
2 pack instant noodles, Chicken Curry flavor
2 tbsp oil
2 clove garlic
80 g champignon
150 g chicken thigh filet
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
250 ml water
1.5 pack instant noodle seasoning
Add-ons:
Choy sum, sliced
Red Thai chili
Steps:
1. Slice the Champignon into four. Slice the garlic and dice the chicken filet.
2. Mix water and cornstarch.
3. Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and mushroom until lightly browned, then add the chicken. Cook for a moment.
4. Add sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well, then add instant noodles seasoning and fragrant oil. Stir.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture. Cook for a moment until the sauce thickens.
6. Boil water and cook the Thai chili and instant noodles. Then, add choy sum. Cook shortly, then strain the ingredients.
7. On a serving plate, assemble the noodles, choy sum, and Thai chili. Pour the mushroom sauce on top.
8. Chicken Mushroom Indomie is ready to serve.
