Thermoworks Thermapen MK4 - Initial Thoughts and Preview to Review

I recently received a Thermapen from Thermoworks. I've always heard its the best instant read thermometer and a must have for serious cooks and grillers. I've put it off in the past due to the price because....I'm a tightwad. I reached out to Thermoworks to see if they would be willing to send me one to try out and they did. I made clear that any video made would be my honest thoughts, good or bad. My initial thoughts are included in this video and I look forward to using it over the next few weeks before I provide a full review.
