Ina and Vlad
Hi! My name is Vlad.
And my name is Ina.
We were sitting and talking at the end of the year
and we were doing a retrospective of the things we did
and of the things that brought us to where we are today
here in the project Traveling Through Sound.
And thinking about the site with which we reached 10,000 people,
the first audiobook library in Romania
and the self-knowledge and behavioral change courses
that we organized together,
I was wondering how the two of us got there personally
and what made us get in touch with the field of Neurolinguistic Programming
and how we got to this team and this formula.
This retrospective brings me back to 10th grade
when I first got in touch with NLP
and specifically in a video seminar that talked about the body language
and how it influences the behavior of others.
An American named Eben Pagan or David Angelo
was talking about the body language
and he was working on one of the NLP exercises with the audience.
He didn't say his name, but at one point one of the speakers came,
one of those who were invited there,
and he mentioned this field called Neurolinguistic Programming.
And that's how I got to the first book,
a book that was absolutely full of exercises
and I know that in that summer I tried to persist as much as possible
to do each exercise separately, to work with myself.
This helped me a lot after that in college
because I was able to create a suitable emotional state
to be able to mobilize myself and pass all the exams.
I know that some of them simply took me out of me
and I was not able to concentrate very well,
but on the other hand, the NLP techniques helped me a lot
and later, in the second semester of the third year,
it seemed to me that I was going to give up college,
but I thought that if I got there, I would persist
and that's how I started my training as a practitioner,
then as a Master Practitioner and now as a trainer
because I really had a vision, watching those videos and following them,
what I could do better to create videos at some point
or maybe even to keep courses and to help people
to discover these links,
to discover these links that I discovered at some point.
Unlike Vlad, I did not know exactly what NLP was about at the beginning,
I did not even know what to expect when I came to the first module,
to the first course,
but I was passionate about the field of psychology for a long time
and in the field of psychology, especially through the prism of non-verbal language,
I even watched a TV series in this sense
and I was very intrigued, this passion awakened in me.
In a period when things in my life were not just ok,
I had a job, I had a business,
I had other things that pulled me back, so to speak,
and I started to look, I started to look again in books,
I started to look on the Internet,
I enrolled at the Faculty of Psychology
and I took the NLP course,
Practitioner, about which I told you that I did not know many things,
I just knew that I wanted to come and solve some problems.
With a dose of skepticism and a little disbelief,
I went, I saw what it was about,
I went, I found it very interesting,
I went to a module, I went to the second one,
it was already starting to seem more and more interesting to me
and that made me want more,
to go to the next level, to the Master,
and at the Master I really decided
that it was time to give it my all,
which helped me so much.
And so I became a trainer
and to work together with Vlad.
Exactly, at the NLP training course we met
and at the Master Practitioner we realized that our visions
and the way we want to reach people
and to offer them what we have learned and applied until then,
coincides and then we said,
ok, let's do this together, to start on articles
and then in recording and part of videos.
What we advise you is that when you have a dream and a vision,
especially if it brings something positive in people's lives,
to persist, because at some point
you get what you want and sometimes
you get less of what you want and then you learn a lot.
It is important to persist and to go further,
to make a plan, to adjust it,
because at some point you may have pleasant surprises
and from the least pleasant you will learn a lot.
You can be sure of that.

How do you want to meet more people and learn more
about the life experiences you go through?
You enter into an internal dialogue in which you say that no one will like you,
that you will feel lonely in the city,
that you are alone and sad and this results in the fact
that you stay at home all week.
What if you become curious about what you could do differently
when you find yourself in a difficult situation?
Many people make a confusion between
thinking and remembering something.
So I come to say,
I should not be afraid in a certain situation
or I can not mobilize myself to do that thing
and they think it has something to do
with the way they think at that moment.
