Material needed: wheat sprouting seeds, sprouting tray ( or some type of substitution)

Steps:
1, soak for 8-12 house
2, from day 1-day2, rinse seeds and drain twice a day, put seeds in the dark covered with a wet towel
3, on day 3, spread sprouts on the tray, add water to the bottom tray. rinse and drain twice a day, put it indoor covered with wet paper towel
4, on day 5, remove paper towel
5, from day 5 and onward, rinse and drain twice a day
6, they should be ready for juicing around day 10
