Face mite remedy using Borax

Material needed:
3% hydrogen peroxide, borax and distilled water

How to make it? 1:33
Step 1:
Mix 1 part of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 2 parts of distilled water to dilute the hydrogen peroxide. Make it in small quantities to keep it fresh, and make sure to use distilled water.

Step 2:
Add Borax to the mix until the texture is slushy

How I used it:
Apply to your face avoiding eye areas, wait until it dries, and gently scrub and remove it. Wash your face afterwards. Use it once a day for 3-4 weeks, and 1-2 times a week for maintenance afterwards.

除螨虫面膜只需要三样东西：

-3%的医用双氧水

-蒸馏水(distill water): 矿泉水和自来水不行，因为双氧水会和水里边的矿物质或者杂质发生反应，影响效果。


-Borax （Sodium Borate）中文应该是硼砂。别被它的名字吓到，硼砂是天然的矿物质，世界各地都有。通常用在清洁，洗衣，手工制作等方面。在美国很常见，比如20 Mule Team Borax清洁粉，里边是100%的天然硼砂，这个牌子有一百多年的历史了，超市里或者网上几块钱可以买一大盒。医药用硼砂在国内药店应该买得到。

制作方法也很简单

-把水和双氧水按照 2:1 的比例混合，主要是进一步稀释双氧水的浓度。双氧水起到的是媒介作用，把硼砂带入毛孔，硼砂杀死螨虫。我一般用小茶匙 (TSP)配液体, 这样不会一次做太多，以保持新鲜。

-把Borax逐渐加入配好的液体里，边加边搅拌，直到达到泥状。

-找一个带盖子的小容器，方便储存。不要用金属容器。我一般最多会存放个3-4天，时间久了效果就没那么好了。

使用：

把混合好的泥用手涂在脸上，避开眼睛，因为Borax会刺激眼睛。过几分钟面膜就会干掉，像盐粒一样粘在脸上。轻轻揉搓，去掉盐粉，最后用清水洗干净就好了。
