＊塩漬け
　完熟南高梅　　　　　　 2㎏
　塩(梅の重量の14%)　 　 280g
　焼酎　　　　　　　　　 少々
＊赤紫蘇漬け
　赤紫蘇　　　　　　　　 正味300g
　塩(赤紫蘇の重量の20%)　60g

*Pickled in salt
　2 kg fully ripe Nanko plums
　280g salt (14% of plum weight)
　A little shochu
*Pickled red shiso
　About 300g red shiso
　Salt (20% of the weight of red shiso) 60g
