The House of Parliament

The Hungarian Parliament Building, a stunning example of Gothic Revival architecture, commenced its construction in 1885 and took nearly two decades to reach its completion in 1904. This monumental structure required the efforts of approximately 100,000 individuals and utilized an astonishing quantity of materials, including 40 million bricks, half a million precious stones, and 40 kilograms (88 lb) of gold.
