Pixar Cars Mater Custom Lightning McQueen as Mater with the Demolition Derby Crazy 8 Racers from Cars Special request from a Pixar Cars fan was to make Mater from Lightning McQueen...at first i thought this idea was crazy then realized I had a tow bar assembly I cut from another Mater to make Miss Fritter out of Mater a while ago. This was perfect. So I took an old Lightning McQueen and painted it Primer McQueen. Then I added plastic mirrors so he could see backing up Then I added the tow bar assembly with the glue and painted it all Mater brown. Finally I added his new eyes, and one headlight, and colored his sides blue and his doors green, and amber lights on the roof. I have to admit Mater McQueen, or Lightning Mater looks pretty good.
We created Fabulous Lightning McQueen from another Lightning Car, and also we painted Dusty from Disney Planes to look like Doc's colors. The we have Zebra mater, and Zebra Sir Miles Axlerod, and Zebra Chick Hicks, and lots more. Even Frank got a scary paint job and so did Mater !
