Pixar Cars Custom NASCAR Lightning McQueen in Steel Blue like Jackson Storm. In this video I used a regular Lightning McQueen and taped off his wheels eyes and windows, they spray painted him Primer gray. Then I added 2 coats of Jackson Storm Steel Blue and let it dry in the heat lamp. Then I added Nascar style decals or stickers to give it that cool NASCAR all decorated look.
