How to learn how to fly a Drone from experience

We bought 4 drones pretty cheap from an ad on YouTube, I kind of knew they were not as good as the video, but for the price we wanted to practice on cheap ones before spending serious money . Bottom line is , after playing with them for a month or 2, we put them away.
