How is this AMAZING 5-star luxury hotel so AFFORDABLE? Don't go to Vietnam without staying here!

This time, to celebrate Jordana's birthday, we're staying at the incredible five-star luxury hotel, the Milieu Vinpearl in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. For only $150 per day, it is literally the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It is genuinely breathtaking and unbelievable value for money. So we're just now on our way to a five-star resort called Milieu Vinpearl and we're super excited. We're going to be spending four days there for my birthday. It's going to be amazing. It looks like it's maybe the best hotel in the whole of Phu Quoc island. We've booked it as a special treat. We're super excited. It's got a private beach. We absolutely can't wait to show you guys what it's like. Thank you. Come on. Oh, that's really refreshing. Yeah, it's really nice. That's lovely. Do you like it? Yeah, it's really nice. Jordana, what are your first impressions of the Milieu Vinpearl? Honestly, it's amazing already. The staff are so, so friendly and because they heard it's my birthday, they've given us a free upgrade. So we've got a three-bed villa, which we don't really need, but I'm not going to say no to it. So, so excited to see the villa and then get some lunch. Like, I'm just really, really excited. This is going to be the most luxurious four nights I've ever experienced. I'm so excited. Welcome to our villa. I feel like I'm on Cribs or something. But yeah, we're going to show you around our three-bed villa. Like, how amazing is this? So we have, like, a full kitchen with a stove, a massive fridge-freezer, loads of cupboards and everything, a lovely island. Like, literally, I could live here. It's so, so nice. A massive dining table. This is perfect for families. Like, literally, I could imagine being here with, like, kids and your parents, just being, like, sat around here and just having your tea. Like, it's so, so nice. And also, like, I cannot believe how nicely it's decorated. Everything is perfect. You know, just, like, the paintings on the wall, the table, the furniture, everything. We have a chopping chandelier. Everything is just perfect, isn't it? It's mad. And then come down here with us. And even, like, just how high is this ceiling? I don't think I've been in a room that's got such a high ceiling before. This is amazing. And, like, this is just beautiful. And look what the team have done at Milieu Vinpeau. Like, how cute is that? And if you look out here, this is literally the best part about this villa. Straight on to our private pool. Like, we've got a little courtyard area. We've got some seats. We've got some lounges over there. We've also got another table and chairs if you want to have some drinks. And then we've got private pool here. It just looks amazing. Actually, really spacious for a private pool. Normally, when you get them, they're pretty small, but really big. And then the beach and the ocean are literally there. Like, if we want to go to the beach, it is, like, 15 seconds. And then we are just on an incredible beach right on the ocean. As if this is the private beach in a hotel. It is literally incredible. A 10-15 second walk from our room. We've got the private pool and then we've just got a lovely beach. It looks so nice. Honestly, I've never seen anything like this. This is ridiculous, isn't it? I know. And we've shown you two of the rooms, but let's show you where we're going to be staying tonight. How amazing is this? So this is the master bedroom and we have a huge bed. We also get to wake up to the beautiful pool and the decking outside. And we have a massive TV again in here. It is all just so nicely decorated. I know I keep repeating myself, but, like, it just looks incredible. And then this is our grand bathroom. We've got a shower and we've even got a bathtub. And I'm sorry, but what woman doesn't want his and her sinks? I mean, come on now. This is just the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms in this villa. I'll show you them now. They look great. This is the twin room and it has its own little bathroom and shower. Big TV as well. And massive TV. Yeah, all very nicely done. And this is the second bedroom. Again, massive TV and it has its, again, own bathroom. It's quite funny that we're staying in a three-bed villa with three bathrooms and it's literally just two of us, but it is gorgeous. So we have just come to have some lunch. We've literally just arrived and straight to the Italian restaurant that is in front of the pool and then in front of the sea. We brought out some crusty bread, a little complimentary mousse starter and we've ordered some food. Jordana, first impressions on a scale of this is the best place you've ever been in your whole life to I might have a panic attack it's that good, where does this sit? I might have a panic attack that it's this good. Like, honestly, I am so freaking happy right now. It is just literally beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Like, they just can't do enough for you. Like, so, so good. This is really, really like an impressive hotel. I feel like I'm not even in Vietnam. I feel like I'm like, I don't know, like, I don't know. I genuinely feel like we are, I feel like Donald Trump's invited us to his Mar-a-Lago estate and the only people here are millionaires and somehow we've managed to get in and it is just like literally everything is incredible. I've never seen somewhere decorated so nicely. Everything is perfect. It's marble everywhere, wood panelling, like literally just everything is massive and incredible and I am so literally excited. I don't understand how we've managed to get this for, I just looked, £120 a night and we are living like millionaires. I don't understand how this is possible. I'm so happy. I'm eating this very nice bread with like infused butter. I've got a glass of bean now. What more could you want? Oh, that mince is good. I'm just eating, I've just realised I'm chewing next to the cameras I'm filming, which is silly, but that is really good. Cheers. And also, how good are these views? As if this is the view from our table, just looking out. I'm so excited for food. I'm absolutely starving and it looks gorgeous. It's just arrived. I've gone for some sort of chicken-y, pastry, white wine-y sauce thing and it looks so good. You're so, you're so cultured. This is, that is really, really nice. It tastes so fresh. It is absolutely gorgeous. And one more thing that I'm really liking about this hotel is that the prices for everything when you get here aren't that crazy. Sometimes in the past, when we've stayed in nice hotels, then everything is just crazy expensive when you get there. Whereas here, it's like, I think cocktails were £150,000, white wine was £150,000, beers were £70,000. It's the same price for drinks here as it was at our last hotel that was super cheap. Some of the food here, I think my pasta was about £200,000. We've paid more for that just in the backpacker town. Absolutely amazing food, nice drinks, incredible setting, literally breathtaking setting, all for very, very reasonable prices. I cannot believe we found this place. I'm not usually one five verbally, but I'm going to say it now. We've only been here half an hour. I think I can confidently say this is the best hotel we've ever been to in our lives. Easy. And we've been to many hotels. We've been to many very expensive hotels. Yeah, we have, yeah. And this is top of the world. I don't think anything compares to this. It's so cool. We've got a private beach. We've basically got the beach to ourselves. There's just me and Jordan are chilling here and there's no one else on the inside of the beach. It is basically a private beach just for us two. As well, the sand is so soft. The water's nice and warm. It's just the best beach. This is so good. That night, we headed over to the nearby Corona Casino. It was a decent casino, but nothing special to be honest. If you go into the north side of the island and you enjoy a casino, there's no harm in popping in, but it's probably not worth going out of your way for. We had a fun night though, especially as Jordana won £100. Good morning. I have just woke up and it's my birthday. I feel so refreshed. The bed is so, so comfortable and I just woke up to a lovely surprise. Grant has booked me in for a facial at the spa, so I'm super excited for that. I'm ready to just relax and enjoy my wonderful birthday in the milieu of in Perth. I've been busy. Have you been busy? Wow, look at the big bunch of flowers. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday Jordana. Happy birthday to you. Make a wish. Don't forget. I'm not going to tell you what I'm wishing for though. That's fine. Right, shall we cut the cake? You absolutely ridiculous person. Is it nice? So today for Jordana's birthday, I've arranged for the romantic meal for two on the beach and I booked it without really looking into it too much and it turns out it's a seven course tasting menu and it looks so good. The starters have just come now. Well, not even the starters, the pre appetizers have come now and they look great and they've really gone all out with the decorations. It looks incredible. They've just really put the red carpet down on there. I feel like I'm getting engaged again, like this is insane. Sorry guys, it's probably better than my actual engagement. It's so, so nice. It's a good job we're not married because you would be thinking this was the engagement. I don't bring someone to the private dinner unless you're going to propose to them because this is pretty lavish. The villa was absolutely amazing. It was easily the most elegant and luxurious place we've ever stayed and we loved that it had a private pool and we were right next to the beach. The hotel's facilities were fantastic with two absolutely massive pools, a lovely spa, a gym, which to be honest, we never went in because we were too busy at the pools and the beach and a huge private beach. The hotel has three incredible restaurants, an Italian, a Japanese and an international buffet. They're also building a Chinese restaurant which will be open very soon. We loved all the food. It was definitely top-notch restaurant standard. All the staff were ridiculously friendly, helpful and attentive. They really did look after us. A special thank you to Mr. D, the restaurant manager, who went over and above in preparing everything for John on his birthday. It was massively appreciated. The hotel is located in Northern Fookhawk next to the amazing Vimwundas theme park. It's great if you want a nice relaxing time at a private beach and maybe a trip to Vimwundas and Grand World. It is a 30-minute taxi to the main town of Fookhawk though, so if you're planning on spending lots of time in all the different bars and restaurants in the main town, maybe have a few nights relaxing up at Melia Vimperl and then a few nights down at the busier end of the island. We genuinely cannot recommend Vimwundas Fookhawk highly enough. It was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We already cannot wait to go back.
