Chelsea forward Joao Felix to head back to Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid's president has confirmed João Félix will be returning this summer and Chelsea will not trigger their option to buy the player. Félix signed in January while Graham Potter was still in charge. He scored four Premier League goals and Madrid's president Enrique Serrato has been speaking at an event in the Spanish capital. The truth is at this moment in time there isn't a great deal more to add. We have known for less than 24 hours so we don't have anything planned. The Chelsea manager doesn't want him so he will return when his commitment ends in a matter of weeks and then we'll see what happens. But he is an Atletico Madrid player. Félix, as mentioned, scored four times in the Premier League for Chelsea. He didn't get any assists. He only created seven chances for his teammates and then if you take a look at that win rate in the games he played in, just 19%.
