Making a Fern & Bromeliad Terrarium

In my first #FernFriday video I mentioned I wanted to build a terrarium for my Maidenhair fern. I went ahead and got the Adiantum planted up along with a cryptanthus bromeliad in this bio-active terrarium. I have found that both the maidenhair fern and cryptanthus bromeliads are finicky houseplants so having these planted up in a terrarium should keep them growing well and thriving. How to make a terrarium is really simple and I hope others give it a try! Using a terrarium for houseplants often makes keeping them much easier. There are a lot of plants for terrariums, these are just two I had on hand that I thought would work well together.
