Paradise Island Hurghada Egypt Red Sea Adventure! Boat Trip and Snorkeling Giftun Island

So today we what the hell are you doing? What am I doing? Why would you? I'm trying to point to the boat. Sorry about that. Are you okay? Hi, I'm Angela and I'm Jeff and we're Pure Detour. In the summer of 2021 we quit our jobs to travel the world full time. This month we're traveling around Egypt to explore the beaches, cruise the Nile, and see the legendary ancient sites. So today we are going to be jumping on this boat right here and we're going to a place called Paradise Island for a day on the water. Cruising to Paradise Island. The boat is really big, much nicer than I thought it would be. So we're just going to relax and enjoy the ride. As we were cruising along the captain spotted some dolphins in the distance so we went to check them out. All right so they've just gone over the itinerary with us of what we're going to be doing here and apparently the first two stops we're going to be making is snorkeling. Hopefully I'm actually going to get to see something and not a bunch of sand. One thing I should probably share with you guys is that I am moderately terrified of the water. I'm going to do my best to be brave and get out there and snorkel because I really want to see it but just know that I will be in an absolute panic the entire time. So the amazing guides that we have here can see the panic in my eyes so they put me in a life vest. That snorkeling really surprised me. As I said I'm usually very afraid of the water and the first time I got in I had a little bit of panic but it's so beautiful under there. The water is so clear and all the fishes and the guides were amazing. They kind of really put me at ease so that the second time we went in I didn't even put on a life vest and I was loving it. I've never had so much fun snorkeling in my life. So now that we've finished off with all the snorkeling they've stopped the boat for an amazing looking lunch so we're going to dig into this now. And after a quick lunch we were off to Paradise Island. Set up here in our cabana. We've got our bean bags. We've got some shade. We're chilling out. So they have brought us over to Paradise Island which is a little island. You see it from Hurghada. A cute little place but they are blaring music inside of there so it's kind of hard to shoot and talk to you guys while we're in there. Yeah it's quite crowded. They're playing really really loud electronic dance music so we came over here so we could just have a chat with you. Just a load of tourists coming in. One boat after another.
