After Odin imprisoned Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Frigga (Rene Russo) did everything she could to comfort Loki. However, Loki still was controlled by his jealousy and envy towards his brother, Thor. Loki felt unequal, thinking that his father, Odin, favored Thor more than him. In anger, Loki does not acknowledge his adoptive father and adoptive mother, who love him dearly. This makes his mother, Frigga, deeply hurt.
In this scene, the body language and expressions of both Tom Hiddleston and Rene Russo are so talented. You can see how Loki hurts Frigga when he says, "You're not".
