Age gaps on the show, as well as distance and lack of time together, means that these couples are contesting with a lot.
The show follows partners moving to the US for the first time, and are given a ninety-day visa to decide whether or not they’re going to get married by the end of it. The popularity of the show was such that they’ve made many spin-offs, including our personal favorite: 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
This is mostly due to the fact that they have even more characters.

She’s Independent
The stronger the personality, the more we invest in the show.
Who knows what they’re going to do next? They usually have the most interesting backstories, as is the case for Brittany Banks.
Her history is quite dramatic and is a bit of a grab bag of experiences and events.
It’s hard to believe that one woman has had so much life experience at 26 years old. This is mostly found in her romantic past, which is quite varied.
The most eyebrow-raising fact about her romantic history? She revealed in an interview that she’s had a pretty big age gap in most of her relationships...
She’s even been with an 85-year-old man before!
But Who Is The Mystery Guy?
That’s the big question on everybody’s mind. We all want to know who this 85-year-old man is. Unfortunately for us, that’s a secret kept tightly under lock and key. We even tried digging up her social media, but it looks like it’s been deleted/hidden. And she’s very, very careful about what she reveals about him...
It Was A Great Relationship
According to her, “I learned about business… I learned about loving myself more. I learned about being more of a classier woman and having men respect me more, how to have more respect. … He just gave me more insight into a lot of things and he was like, so much of a mentor to me as well, and he just really, really wanted to see me succeed and win.”

That actually sounds better than most of our relationships, all of which have been with people our age. Maybe this is just an us problem, but we didn’t realize that relationships could be THAT supportive.
Even though we didn’t manage to find his name, we’re sure it’s going to come out eventually.
Banks says that she and her octogenarian ex-love are still friends, which means he’ll probably appear in a social media post or two again (you know, when she eventually decides to get it back). 90 day fiance before the 90 days
