In today`s video we are making Ndengu Stew ;)
Ingredients;
1 Medium sized onion
1/2 green bell pepper
2 Medium sized carrots
2 Tomatoes
Salt & spices (My preferred spices include 1/2 Tsp Turmeric, 1/2 Tsp Spanish Paprika, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, 1 Tbs Mushroom dark soy sauce, 1/2 beef cube/boulion)
Water as needed
