It’s the cold not experienced in 54 years

China’s northernmost point is celebrating the Year of the Rabbit with the return of the record cold that has not been experienced since 1969.

Beijing Youth Daily reported that the temperature in Mohe city, Heilongjiang province plummeted below -50°C at around 8 a.m. on January 20.
