episode. Hey guys, my name is Harrison Lewis. I'm a pitcher, first baseman in the class of 2023.
I currently attend West Forsyth High School and I'm committed to the University of North Carolina.
Here's a day in my life. I probably started playing around five. What got me into it was
seeing my brother out here just playing around. Figured I want to do it too. For me, I went up to UNC
I guess I was two or three weeks ago now. I met the coaching staff and I just knew it was
the place for me. I committed on the spot. I committed while I was there and I just love it up there.
Oh, here's a hack for you.
The recruiting process for me was real quick. I always knew I wanted to go to Carolina
and I switched teams for this fall. My first tournament I went out there and
I did really good. Got up to 91-92 and after that my coach Trey Day helped me out a lot.
I probably wouldn't be here without him. It was two or three weeks after that and
I went on the visit to Carolina and I committed that day.
My biggest strength is definitely just my size and my power. I feel like usually I'm the biggest
kid on every field, especially for my age. Biggest weakness is probably speed and agility right now.
My top favorite players. One, probably Aaron Judge just because, you know,
got to represent the big people. Two, probably DeGrom just because, I mean, he's a dog.
Three is probably Glass now. I like the flow. I have my flow every now and then.
My favorite baseball memory is probably last week, to be honest. I was down at
Cary for the Team USA event, NTIS. You know, shout out Team Southeast. I hit a Grand Slam.
We were up 8-zip and I made it 12-zip and we got to walk off Grand Slam. It was just a good day.
What's up, guys? This morning we started off at the field. Got some BP with wood bat, BP with
metal bat. You know, threw a pin. Took some grounders at first. Went to the gym and got
a big workout in. Thank y'all for watching and stay in my life.
