Semis and Townhomes had %8 of the total transactions

✴️ Most number of transactions has happened in

1- City of Toronto: 1182
2- Peel Region: 578
3- Yor Region: 575

📉 Total new listings has gone down for -21.3% compared to Dec 2021

✅Average selling orice for 2022, was $1,189,850 - up by %8.6 compared to $1,095,333 in 2021. This growth was based on a strong start to the year.

Semi: $1.000,000
Townhome: $865,000
Condo: $705,000
