1. THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A BUSINESS PLAN AND IT’S KEY COMPONENTS - I DIDN’T KNOW MY NUMBERS WHEN I STARTED MY CAREER AND I RELIED ON MY BROKERAGE. HAVING WEEKLY, DAILY AND MONTHLY TARGETS IS VITAL ALSO HAVING BUSINESS MENTORS IS A MUST. THEY HELPED ME TO DISSECT MY BUSINESS IN FINER DETAIL TO KNOW MY KPI’S - KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. SO I CANTO ACHIEVE MY ANNUAL INCOME GOALS.

2. MY DAILY AGENDA - EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND MAKING ME TIME. THEN IT’S BEING ON THE PHONE 9AM-12PM WITH NO DISTRACTIONS MAKING UP TO 100 CALLS PER DAY TO MY LEADS, NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOLLOWING UP WITH ALL MY PAST CLIENTS ON A DAILY BASIS.

3. TRANSACTIONS VS BUILDING STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS AND SERVING MY CLIENTS AT A HIGHER LEVEL. CHANGING MY MINDSET AND GOING FROM LOOKING AT PEOPLE LIKE A NUMBER OR TRANSACTION TO BEING OF SERVICE NY PROVIDING MY CLIENTS TREMENDOUS VALUE. BE A GIVER NOT A TAKER!

4. THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A REALTOR - BE CONFIDANT DON’T BE AFRAID TO SHOW UP ON CAMERA. BE AUTHENTIC AND RELATABLE OR LIKEABLE. THERE IS NOTHING MORE POWERFUL THEN SEEING YOUR FACE AND HEARING YOUR VOICE WHILE YOUR TALKING ABOUT THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS.
