In Nov 2022 Paula came to stay. We love pickles and we suddenly decided to make a video to share with you about making pickled beetroot.

It was totally unplanned and spontaneous - it’s how I roll!

I had grown my own beetroot this year but eaten them all - I got these beetroots and onions from the Bristol fruit and veg market and my friend had given me some sweet chillis which I used.

Paula filmed it in our kitchen and I edited it using iMovie on my iPad. The free to use music is ‘Pink Deville’ by Paul Rothman - on iMovie.
