USA \\ Miami to New Orleans...For a Beignet ❤😎 // VLOG #154

Really strong coffee with about a pound of sugar but it's actually really good. It's very strong coffee. I like it. You just come to a little window like that and you know it's gonna be legit. Yeah this would definitely grow on me. Farewell Miami. Farewell Miami. I said that. Oh. I get to drive again and it looks almost like my ramp. Well we're supposed to be getting on one of those cruises today but uh we can see how that all worked out. Hey it's fun to see you all. It's like a used cruise ship lot. The beaches are closed but we're cruising through Miami Beach. Had to come check it out. Hey I've never seen it. Cruise ship's just kicking it out there. Thank you. Thanks. We just stopped off from Jacksonville for a hike in the park. Of all the bug world these are my favorite. The dung beetle. They are so cool. The walk just gets more and more interesting. That's a giant magnolia tree. St. John's River. So long Jacksonville. Where to now? You know what? I feel like a beignet. Let's go to New Orleans. Yum let's go. So to be clear we're really gonna drive to New Orleans just so you can get a beignet. Why not? I like it. My very first time in LA. Get a drama as a toy for Christmas. Was one of the greatest innovators. 19 years ago I came here for the best beignets. They said they were open but they're not. Off we go to search for beignets. Chance to get to see the buildings and everything down here in downtown New Orleans. It's really cool right now. It's beautiful. Strangely afro-clothed. Even Cafe du Monde's closed. What are we gonna do? I want a beignet. For unique experiences we definitely got one here. It's pretty cool actually having seen New Orleans completely empty like this. Now back to searching for a beignet. Find every place. All the places that said they were available for takeout are closed. So we'll keep on it. We are alone on Canal Street. Definitely a unique experience. No matter what the situation is we always find good food. Somebody recommended this sushi. What was the name of it? Sukkotai. Sukkotai and it is really good. Aside from the fly. Sukkotai with no fly. I got shrunken noodles and they're really good. From no longer sunny New Orleans. We got one day to do this. Perfect our one day was beautiful now we're headed out. But first we have a very important stop. We had to drive a half hour out of our way. But there's beignets. The only place open. Good morning. Thank you so much. Here it comes. After 19 years I get to try another one. Yep same thing happened last time. Glad you learned your lesson. I know. Oh oh yeah. I'm not gonna lie that smells really good. These are really good. Wow. Deep-fried goodness. There's a lesson for you. That powdered sugar is so fine that you can't even breathe. Was that worth driving 13 hours? Uh-huh. Oh so worth it. Happy girl. So yes we really stopped by New Orleans just to get quay beignets. Really awesome experience getting to go through and see the city when nobody's here. Makes it really easy to stay safe because there's really no way to come into contact with people. There's nobody around. I've I mean yeah I've never seen so less people before in a big city. Thankfully we got our walking done yesterday because this storm that has rolled through stretches all the way from here to Houston. This is not a car food. Highly don't recommend it.
