
The Rock & Vin Diesel Chest Workout | Furious 8 Workout
Furious Friday workouts are now live! These are workouts that don't take more than 30-40 minutes and if done right, you can burn at least 250-300 calories! 😱
Here's the Workout!
*Do the following exercises back to back for four rounds. You can take 45 to 60 second breaks in between each round. If you want to make it tougher try to do 2 rounds back to back and then take the break.
1. Dumbbell Incline Press Ups 12-15 reps
2. Push Ups 10-15 reps
3. Dumbbell Incline Flies 10-12 reps
4. Diamond/Close Hand Pushups 10-15 reps
