This is what we got here.
I have a short range projector.
Ok, can you guys see that?
And this is a projector I got as a hand-me-down.
What I'm gonna do is, it's actually hooked up
to my laptop.
Ok, and I have a
I have a design on there, on Canva
that I put together, that I want to put onto this sign.
So Canva.com is
a site that I use a lot for
just, I don't know, like putting together text
and seeing how things are going to be designed nicely together.
So I came, I wrote this. It says,
Stay humble, hustle hard. And that's what I want to write on my sign.
So here's what we're gonna do.
I'm gonna make this design that I put
together on Canva full screen.
And then I have it hooked up with a VGA cable
to my short range projector.
Do you see that?
Ok, so we're gonna turn on our projector.
And it's gonna kind of make a whirring sound.
Now what I did was, I lined up what I wanted to do
on the sign.
And then I simply
put one of those hooks on there
to hang it on the wall. And then put two nails in the wall
in the spot it needed to be.
So that I can project the lettering
onto the sign. Ok, so check that out.
I think this is a really clever way
to make signs. I don't know about you.
But see I have it nice and centered on there.
And this is gonna give me kind of an outline
to trace. I need to adjust like how
sharp it is. So see
I just adjust the sharpness.
And then look it, I have a beautiful template
to trace my sign.
I'm just gonna use a Sharpie paint pen
to trace this. You kind of have to work from
left to right. Because otherwise you're gonna
cover up the
image getting projected.
And what I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna just do an outline.
And then I'm gonna turn off my projector
and fill it in. But like
right now, here I'll show you already ok.
Look at that.
It's perfect right?
