Been wanting to create a recipe for Korean Jajangmyeon and think I've done it. Here are the ingredients:

1 pack medium thick noodles, fresh noodles from Asian supermarkets are best
.5 cup Korean black bean sauce
Veggie mix of potatoes, cucumber, onions 2 cups
.8 pound of pork belly or any other protein
Sesame oil
3 teaspoon Corn or potato starch mixed with 2 tsp water
1 tsp sugar
vegetable oil
Chili oil
