Horse riding techniques with 6 ways | improve your riding ability
Sitting in the correct position to control the horse to run fast or slow or just a few simple commands, the horse has listened to you as the "master" on purpose. Doing that requires you to know basic horse riding knowledge and techniques. This video covers the six most important things to consider to optimize control for your horse.
Interact with horses: You first need to learn about the horse you are about to ride, such as its name, breed, and personality.
Acquaintance: getting to know horses by stroking, patting their necks, greeting them, and saying nice words. Brush the horse clean to create a friendly new friend, guide the horse, and feed the horse to get to know them better.
Learn psychology: Understanding horse psychology is critical because a shy or startled horse will control differently from a robust and stubborn horse... of the horse, you prepare to ride will help you control and manage the horse more quickly.
Self-Control: Your attitude and attitude while riding a horse are our top priority. Because when you sit on the back of a horse with a height of 1.5 - 1.7 m, you will have an exciting feeling of conquest. Your eyes and vision are more expansive in front of ample space, with immense nature mixed with your emotions.
Horse control: The basic command while controlling the horse is understood as "voice command" and "command". They are combined when you hold the horse. If you want the horse to go, you use the voice command "Tac...tack...hack" and connect with the command by pulling the reins with your hands and kicking your heels into the horse's side according to the principle that the left-hand pulls, the proper foot kicks or vice versa.
Sitting position: The sitting posture and how to hold the reins are considered a way of "forming" you when sitting on horseback. Your back needs to be straight, your chest is more forward, and your feet are comfortable on the pedals (not too short, not too long). Your foot sticks 1/3 into the pedal, be careful to put your foot in a manageable amount because when there is a problem, your foot may not be able to slip out of the pedal. Hold the reins with both hands so your elbow to the horse's jaw is straight and the distance between the harness and the handle is not too long or too short.
