
How to cook SANSHOKU GOHAN (Three Colored Rice Bowl) 〜三色ご飯〜 easy Japanese home cooking recipe
In my channel, I show authentic but alternative Japanese home cooking, which can be make with the ingredients available outside of Japan.
In this video, I am cooking Sanshoku Gohan, which means three colored rice bowl, with pork, eggs and Nori seaweed. This can be served also as vegetarian dish, if you take out the meat and instead some other kind of vegetable, such as boiled spinach, green beans, etc.
Ingredients for Sanshoku gohan
Rice 1 serving (approx. 100 g, 1/2 cup)
Water
Toppings:
- Ground pork (chicken) 100 g (4 oz)
Sugar 3 Tsp
Soy sauce 1 Tsp
Ginger small piece
- Egg 1
Sugar 1 Tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 Tsp
Sake 1 Tsp
- Nori 1/2 sheet
