Hello guys, welcome to my new YouTube video. Today we are talking with Hanna and she is
going to represent us her business and what she is doing. But this video will be also
in Croatian language, like the one that you know in Tibet from Germany. So, but don't
worry, I will put your subtitles down so we can start with Hanna.
Okay, good morning. Good evening.
So, tell us a little bit about yourself.
My name is Hanna, I'm 25 years old, I'm from Belovar, I've been living in Denmark for 6 years.
I moved here when I started my studies, I graduated with a degree in psychology.
My studies started in July 2017.
I was looking for a way to answer some questions, that's why I started to study psychology.
I realized that psychology itself won't answer those questions.
And those questions were very difficult.
Did you solve at least some of them?
Yes, yes, yes, definitely. Yoga helped me a lot.
And very quickly after I started to go to yoga classes, I signed up for teacher training.
That is a polygon for yoga teachers.
It was the same in 2017, it lasted for 2 years.
And after that, I finished teacher training last year, in the 5th month.
And then in the autumn, in the 9th month, I started to look for a way to start
to work, I've been doing yoga for 4 months now.
Where can you find a yoga teacher?
Actually, there are a lot of places.
All these bigger studios provide technical training.
I was at a yoga studio in Kreštavica.
It's the biggest studio.
I'm not sure if it's the first one, but I think it's the first one with yoga teachers.
There is another studio in the center, in Ljubljana.
It's called Daja Yoga.
There is also Pink Elephant, Divya, Dharma Yoga.
There are a lot of yoga studios in Kreštavica.
It's a yoga teacher training.
You just have to get used to it.
Do you practice yoga only in Croatia or abroad?
At the moment, only in Croatia.
I spent 2 weeks in Bali, specifically in Ubud and Seminyak.
There, I went to a yoga class in Vinjasa, which I practice and do.
It was wonderful.
At some point, the answer to a lot of questions will be not only in Croatia,
but also in other countries.
This is just the beginning.
It's a field, education, and a clean start.
Now we have to deal with further education and so on.
In any case, Ubud is a paradise for yoga.
I met great teachers, wonderful teachers.
I am very happy that I came here.
I have a lot of experience and knowledge.
I hope I will come back.
I will go there for education.
It is important to be recognized.
I have a wish.
I want to go to Bali for a month.
I want to learn yoga there.
You ask me a question that I have been asking myself since I was in Bali.
At the moment, I can't do yoga in my life.
I didn't get a job in a company.
I only do yoga.
If you ask me about other things, I don't have enough hours to live off of it.
If I decided to go to Ubud for 2-3 months, I could.
That would allow me to live.
I believe that I will give up later.
My dream is to work in an institution.
I want to work in a school or in a kindergarten.
I want to be free in one session.
I think I can achieve that.
I want to work in psychotherapy.
I want to be flexible.
I want to be free in my free time.
I think I can do it.
I want to work in a company for 2-3 months.
I want to work there.
I want to get better.
If I had to choose between yoga and sports, what would I choose?
Yoga.
Yoga, yoga, yoga.
I like yoga.
I love it.
I do sports all my life.
I did sports in Bjelovar.
When I came to Zagreb, I did cooking classes.
I did crossfit, salsa.
I don't know what else.
Yoga gave me a holistic picture of what I was looking for.
I wanted to have physical activity.
This is the beginning.
Letting go.
Getting into yourself.
Connecting with the body.
Emotions.
With thoughts.
With your body.
Through the physical aspect.
Asana.
And so on.
Until the end of letting go.
Shavasana.
Vata.
Letting go.
Letting go completely.
Integrating everything you do with practice.
Unlike other workouts, which are great.
I love them because they are in the gym.
But it's missing.
What about you?
You worked on your muscles.
Ok, great.
But where is that holistic picture?
Where did you connect with yourself?
You came, you did it.
How was the breathing?
I don't know.
It doesn't matter.
And that's it.
You go home.
Dead.
Great.
Yoga gave me a holistic picture.
After that hour, I remembered those thoughts.
Enlightenment.
Let's go.
That's it.
I want to do this.
And I want to achieve this.
And I was ready to describe the whole picture.
I handed over the papers.
Because I thought that yoga is about stretching.
As clean as possible.
Until I came to the gym.
There was a yoga bar.
And I was like.
You work here?
Muscles work here.
There are thousands of pictures.
And it requires so much strength.
Flexibility.
Mobility.
Balance.
Everything.
And I realized.
This is a practice that I can do for years.
Years and years and years.
And I don't see a step further.
That I can go.
Ok.
And what if someone stopped you on the street.
For example.
And now we are standing outside the yoga studio.
Ok.
Now someone asks you.
You know.
I don't know if she would come in.
She wouldn't come in.
I see that you came out.
Yes.
Like.
Come on.
But you would come back.
And if I would come back.
Explain to me.
What is yoga in your opinion.
How do you approach it?
For example.
When you.
Me.
I was told that I would come here.
Ok.
Yes.
Enjoy the question.
Definitely.
And primarily.
Where you connect.
Yes.
I am here.
And where.
There is not so much emphasis.
On this physical aspect.
How do you look.
So.
In yoga studios.
They can't see.
Because it's not an idea.
What we see on Instagram.
And all that is beautiful.
And beautiful.
And I know.
How does it look.
This.
How will people.
And everything.
How will it be presented.
In Asana.
But.
Actually.
Yoga is a form.
Listen to yourself.
Her body.
And do.
What you feel at that moment.
If you need it easier.
Then a little.
If you feel.
You have energy.
You have strength.
Then.
You try to look.
Let them.
Stronger.
But.
Through that.
Yoga is called.
Inside.
Feel emotions.
Feel body.
where you have a leg, where you have a hand, where you have a little finger
which you don't really notice anywhere.
At least I didn't recognize it in practice
where I had to think where my little finger is
while doing my practice of yoga and while working on my body balance
but constantly through observation of myself
where it happens, it's a separation
and practice of that technique where you can sit with a chair
close your eyes, learn about yourself and just observe what's happening
without needing to change it
or needing to, if something happens in your mind
needing to accept it, ignore it and let it stay that way
and that's what I do constantly
whether I practice for something or I practice a lot for something
and yoga actually teaches you to free yourself from all of that
and to be free
yoga is a unity, what it truly represents to me is freedom
freedom that you find through movement, through breathing
and through that separation
you draw your emotions, you draw your thoughts
thoughts that are constantly there and constantly coming
and that's freedom
but you immediately realize through yoga that it's not you
and that's a wonderful thing that I learned through yoga from my teachers
and when I really realized that
that anxious thought that comes and goes
that anxiety that comes and goes
or that negative feeling that we have
and thoughts
that's here
and in half an hour it won't be here anymore
it will be something completely different
so I'm constantly here and that's changing
so that's not me
and nothing will happen if I let it be here
and if I don't give more power to those emotions
or those thoughts
I let them breathe and let them flow
so that's always
when someone asks me why I do yoga
and what is the purpose of it
the answer is definitely
that you are not your thoughts
that you are not your emotions
and that you are not alone
you have it all
you use it
you are a great servant
I'm grateful for that
but you have a picture
that big screen
that allows you to breathe a little
it's blinking for you
and it shows you a picture
is it good?
I don't know
I'm dizzy
and now, ok, you are playing
playing
with dishes
and that
I don't know
if I would go in that direction
if I would like to have my own
independent studio
one day
one day, absolutely
I was here last night
when I was doing yoga
have my own studio
yes, of course
like everyone else
I would like to have something of my own
one day
and I will do it
in my own way
more than that
I would like that
that yoga to pass
and to be recognized
and to enjoy
to want
that person who came
at my time
really came because of yoga
and not because it's dark
because it's after work
so
there are both
but yes, of course
I would like to have my own studio
and memory
and memory with it
and those two fields
psychology and psychotherapy
with yoga
which is actually
development
personal development
so
the studio
is in Croatia
or somewhere else
in Croatia
I personally
want to stay in Croatia
I love Croatia
I love Zagreb
it's beautiful here
and the only option
I would like to have
is a life
to go somewhere
to be somewhere
to go somewhere
and I would really like
that love and passion
that I have for yoga
ok
and let's say
I don't know if you ever ask
your coach
but let's say
you see someone for the first time
and now
do you ever wonder
I don't know if you practice
but do you ever wonder
why are you here
why did you decide
to come here
yes, I do wonder
most of the time
I wonder
who did yoga
and who didn't
since I am
at locations
that are not
yoga studios
they are either
in Riboku
Zagreb
What I've noticed is that a lot of people come expecting just that, the anesthesia.
And they expect that the time will come and that they will have to think about it.
Like, I don't know.
Lie down.
Yes.
That's exactly what I'm trying to do.
It's like they've changed the word meditation.
Yes.
Although meditation is three times harder.
No.
Ten times harder.
But actually they come, yes, without thinking, away from everything.
Which in one hand is okay, of course, because now the time is there for you.
But you have to be there, present.
Especially yoga, really.
Otherwise you will get injured and you won't be able to do anything at that time,
if you're really not 100% present at that time.
Because yoga slows down the practice of meditation.
You're constantly thinking about something.
You constantly have to think.
Okay, I'm here.
Okay, I'm going upstairs.
I'm going to this house.
I'm going to that casino.
I'm going down the stairs.
There are a thousand things that you have to think about.
And I say...
I know there are times when people are in front of me and I talk, and talk, and talk.
And you see that they don't listen at all.
They turn off.
They completely turn off.
Mechanical.
They react, but it's really not visible.
Because that center is turned on.
And where did it stop?
And what's the money?
And what's not?
Nothing.
And I feel very strong at that time for a very long time.
And then the question is, what's the point of this?
Why did I do that day for three hours,
on a scale of one to ten, here and there, all over Zagreb?
And in fact, they just came.
Well, that's how it is.
But there are many more moments,
where I have my visitors now,
who are regular,
and from whom I get very nice feedback,
and feedback,
and who really say that yoga is great for them,
and that's all.
So that story is great for me,
that it's great for me how the body feels afterwards,
to see progress.
But specifically,
you can see it very clearly,
what purpose someone came for,
what he came for,
and how he will behave.
That's how I was when I was five years old.
My intention was to jump on that mat,
I don't care about anything,
a lot of writing,
I came as I wanted.
I saw that.
Now the situation is much different,
and I have my own time,
which is different,
but you see exactly,
this person came because he wants to work on his arms,
this person wants to calm down,
and she just sat on the mat,
this person is completely stressed,
and just doesn't want to think about anything.
So,
there is a purpose,
there is everything,
and everything will work out.
And this,
I just came,
because I have a lot of questions.
I'm in a hurry,
so I'll tell you the questions.
First of all,
in all the work you do,
I always ask myself,
why are you here?
Why did you take an hour with us?
Why are you interested in this?
I don't see that you are directly interested
in my way of learning,
but obviously,
this is something that I do,
and it's important.
And now,
where do you stand?
In which position,
let's say,
in this story,
all together?
I'm more or less every hour,
I always start with that intention,
where I don't ask them
to tell me what the intention is,
but I always,
through this relaxation,
enter myself,
so that they feel
with what intention they came here.
So,
what they represent for them now,
and what they want to achieve.
So,
they feel with their intention
why they came,
but I don't ask them
what they need.
But,
this feedback we get,
from people who are
relatively regular,
in the song,
is very important to me.
I have a question,
I don't know if you get it,
but it's important.
Is there a certain amount
that is practiced,
let's say,
so that it's not more than that,
or,
let's say,
it doesn't matter
if we are on the level
of 100 summers?
Well,
you said that well, yes.
If we are on the level
of 100
it depends on the size of the studio.
There is no certain amount,
and it depends on the studio
what they want,
how they are presented.
If it's a big studio,
it goes on the attitude,
it wants as many people as possible,
it's a big studio,
it can be as many as they want,
and then we are,
let's say,
mat on mat,
and then we get to know each other.
It has to be very nice,
very good,
because you can't make a move
without touching the person.
It has to be interesting,
but in this company where I work,
it's all smaller,
smaller studios,
and they are more focused
on the fact
that you can really be
a part of it
and come to everyone,
and tell everyone
how to do it,
how not to do it,
which is really great for yoga
because of the assistants.
If there are a lot of people,
you can walk,
or you can walk alone,
you don't need an assistant.
If it's a medium,
well, no,
some average,
let's say,
there are four people,
or eight,
I think it's a maximum
of three or four people.
And now,
when there were nine of them,
I didn't really have time
to go from person to person
and see everyone,
but when it's a group
of five or six people,
then you see everyone.
So, everyone talks to each other,
and you see how they work,
you can always come,
you can always help,
you can always see the masseuse
at the end,
and so on,
everyone loves it.
So, that's the first thing
that I think people can focus on.
Okay.
And, let's say,
I don't know,
when you go to the orthodontist,
can you, for example,
learn,
I mean,
especially at one point,
so much about non-submission
when you're doing
something in the lobby,
do you take time
to go and learn?
Do you have an hour?
Now that you've gone so far,
let's say,
you haven't been here
if you can tell me what you mean.
Yes.
I've learned now.
Yes.
Absolutely.
And that's
beauty,
wisdom,
I don't know how it is
with other trainers,
and other things,
and everything,
but yes,
absolutely,
it happens.
So, that future flow,
where you go,
you have an hour,
you have a prepared hour,
you know what,
how,
where you can go,
and that,
when a group of people,
somehow,
when they use that energy,
when everyone came with a similar intention,
they really listen,
and you enter that one group,
and I'm gone.
So,
at the end of the hour,
that hour,
okay,
I'm out,
I'm here,
but it happened
that in those 90 minutes,
so,
everything went nicely,
fluidly,
and that's exactly what I'm talking about,
but I don't post,
I'm just for them.
I'm here for them,
and I'm just looking
how I can,
in some way,
how I can make it easier,
or what,
I choose words,
inputs,
which I will find the most,
so, yes,
it happens,
in psychology,
there is a tendency for that,
for inability,
for inability to work,
so,
whatever,
when that moment comes,
where you do what you love,
with fear,
and that disappears,
that border of ego disappears,
you disappear as a person,
you completely drown in what you do.
Okay.
Let's say,
now,
I don't know how it works in Slavonia,
but,
let's say,
I know that you go to the gym,
and you can just
joke,
you can,
I don't know,
today you can only do legs,
tomorrow you can do,
I mean,
a certain part of the body.
Yes, yes.
You don't have to connect it all together,
although you can,
you can combine it,
you can do it,
you can do your own,
but, let's say,
today you can only do legs,
tomorrow you can do a part of the body,
and so on.
So,
how does yoga work in that regard?
you move all the muscles,
the whole body,
you don't go to the parts,
and,
let's say,
is it the same every hour?
So,
if I come,
and you've been working with the group for 5 hours,
I've connected everything today.
Okay.
If it's 10 hours,
do we all work the same for 10 hours?
Or are there some things that change?
Let's say,
I wasn't there last hour,
so I can't understand what happened today.
No,
everyone is the same now,
and you can always connect.
Yes.
the group is moving at its own pace,
slowly,
the group is developing on the threshold,
the muscles are much older now
than they could be before,
or not.
So,
if you join that group now,
you'll get,
let's say,
you'll need to rotate a little more,
than if you joined then.
But you can.
So,
there is no,
there is no
specific pattern,
something,
and now you can,
I know,
you just have to listen.
Because every,
every movement,
and your input,
and how it's shown,
and how it's verbalized,
is 100%
up to you,
you just have to listen.
And everything can,
everything can be understood.
Every
asana
has a modification.
And for me,
it was this asana,
the ladies,
45 years old,
and kural.
And,
exactly what happened
was yesterday,
in the office,
here in the studio,
there was a big difference,
the ladies,
girls,
and they were looking at the asana,
from the beginning.
Every,
everyone with their own abilities,
listening to their body,
so that,
it can be,
always,
every asana is the same.
That is,
vinyasa flow,
and constantly combining.
Some things are repeated,
of course,
not the same number of asanas,
things are repeated,
but the object is,
the flow is different.
And,
everyone can have a theme,
so,
you can work,
I know,
opening,
so,
you want a hot water,
and it will be very hot,
for example.
But,
you can also focus,
on what you want,
or,
stretch muscles,
strengthen,
and so on.
What is,
it can be a theme,
according to the seasons,
whether you want,
to warm up the body,
or,
you want to cool down.
It can be,
according to Ayurvedic principles,
in the rain,
soothing,
water,
drink,
and so on.
it can be a theme.
But,
what is,
more or less,
every hour,
as they told me,
my teacher,
apologizes,
that,
every hour,
must have,
more or less,
all,
all groups of asanas.
So,
you must have,
standing asanas,
you must have,
leaning,
you must have,
leaning,
intoxication,
and so on.
You must have,
when we all catch,
some,
some balances,
and you must have,
inversion.
Inversion of the world,
or,
of the head,
or,
of anything,
where,
actually,
the heart,
is above the head.
So,
I always,
compose everything,
everything together,
sometimes,
I have a theme of the hour,
sometimes,
we think,
but,
I always,
compose,
Maybe,
anything else,
for the part,
that I,
maybe,
didn't ask?
I think,
that you,
asked,
in detail,
everything.
Okay.
I don't know.
If someone,
decides,
to do yoga with you,
where can they contact you,
how can they come to you?
Everything is social,
you know.
Email,
Facebook,
Instagram,
I'm relatively new,
with that Instagram,
but,
I have a presentation,
in all the cities,
in all social networks,
everywhere,
contact,
information,
it's okay,
if,
for example,
Ana will show us,
yoga,
how it looks,
so,
you can integrate,
maybe,
make a decision,
on the hour,
with you,
or,
if it's somewhere,
outside of Croatia,
or some other city,
you can really,
show it,
in your city,
or,
somewhere else,
try,
yoga,
that would be,
that would be great.
I hope,
that at least,
one person,
decided,
to do something like that,
and,
thank you,
that you decided,
to come with me,
thank you,
and I hope,
that you enjoyed it.
I did,
I really enjoyed it,
thank you,
I hope,
that someone,
will find me,
that they will,
sketch,
what yoga is,
and that it's not,
such a ball,
or something like that,
that you can imagine,
I,
don't know.
Ok,
that's it,
thank you,
for watching,
Practicera Yoga,
and we will see you,
in the next video,
next week.
