Ciao! 💚🌳 Welcome to our country home in Italy!
Summer has officially begun and we've harvested a lot of apricots from an old tree in our garden. We collected onions from our vegetable garden and hung them in the sun to let them dry, we put supports for the aubergines and we can't wait for the first real Summer harvest. Going back to apricots, I wanted to try a couple of savory recipes so as not to prepare the classic desserts and I am extremely satisfied! Very simple, with very few ingredients... yet they make the lunch truly memorable.

🇮🇹 L'estate è ufficialmente iniziata e abbiamo raccolto davvero tante albicocche da un vecchio albero del nostro giardino. In orto abbiamo raccolto le cipolle e le abbiamo appese al sole per farle seccare, abbiamo messo i sostegni alle melanzane e l'attesa per i primi veri raccolti estivi si fa sentire. Tornando alle albicocche, ho voluto provare un paio di ricette salate per non preparare i classici dolci e sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta! Sono semplicissime, con pochissimi ingredienti...eppure rendono il pranzo davvero memorabile.
