If I had to describe my perfect long weekend city, Seville would be it. Easily walkable, filled with stunning architecture, and home to a phenomenal food, shopping, and craft culture. Add in easy access to Córdoba, just one hour away by train, and you've got the perfect three-day Spanish escape.

In this video, I'm showing you exactly how to spend 72 hours in Seville and Córdoba. We start with a cooking class at Triana Food Market, learning to make traditional Andalusian dishes like salmorejo, then explore the neighbourhood's ceramics history. We’ll also hop between Seville’s best tapas bars, catch Plaza de España in the morning light, and explore the Royal Alcázar's architecture.

For our final day, we head to Córdoba during the annual Patios Festival, wandering through the artfully designed courtyards in bloom. We explore the Mezquita Catedral with its iconic red and white striped arches, stay at H10 Palacio Colomera, and finish with dinner in the historic Jewish quarter.

Whether you're planning your first trip to Spain or looking for long weekend inspiration, this guide covers the where to eat, what to do, and a few tips in between.
