How to make NIKU UDON (Udon noodle with beef) 〜肉うどん〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe
In this video, I am showing how to make Niku Udon, a type of Udon noodle with the topping of beef, similar to Gyudon.
In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
Ingredients for Niku Udon:
Udon noodles 100 g
Beef topping:
- Beef (thinly sliced) 100 g
- Onion 1/2
- Ginger small piece
- Frying oil 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 2 Tsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Broth:
- Water 2 Cups
- Dashi powder 1/2 Tsp
- Sugar 2 Tsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
