Simple Mediterranean salad Ingredients;
For the Dressing;
Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoon
Olive Oil - 2 Tablespoon
Honey - 2 Tablespoon
Black Pepper - ¼ Teaspoon
Salt - ¼ Teaspoon
For the Salad
Chickpea - 100g
½ Pineapple - Cut into Pieces
1 English Cucumber - cut into bit size pieces
½ Bell Pepper - Red & Green
Cherry Tomatoes - 10-15
½ Salad Onion - Cut
Sun-dried Tomatoes - 100g
Green Olive - 15-20
Black Olive - 15-20
Fresh Parsley - Chopped (1 tablespoon)
Fresh Basil - Chopped (1 tablespoon)
