Plain flour - 2 cup
1 Egg
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbs
Soy source - 2 tbs
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tbs
Garlic - 1 tbs
White Suger - 1/3 cup
Brown Suger - 1/4 cup
Veniger - 1/4 cup
White Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
