Vegan Avocado Ice Cream | Instagram Famous Avolato without an Ice Cream Maker

It’s my attempt to recreate Avolato – vegan ice cream that mimics a sliced avocado. The desert was originally introduced in London Selfridges a couple of years ago and became one of those insta-famous foods immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe banana (the dottier it looks, the less sweetener you’ll need)
- 2tbsp of smooth nut butter (I used homemade peanut butter)
- 4tbsp of coconut cream
- 1tsp of date syrup, or any sweetener of your choice.
- a squeeze of lemon (you’ll need just a little to keep a greenish color of our ice cream base)
