Hike in the Belianske Tatry - Skalné vráta (1,620 m)

Hike during summer 2021 in the Belianske Tatry mountain range. We started at a height of 842 m, about 2 km northwest from Vysoké Tatry Kežmarské Zľaby, following an unmarked path towards the cross section Čierna voda. Then we followed the green path towards chata Plesnivec (1,290 m). About 150 m east from the chata, we took the unmarked path towards Skalné vráta (1,620 m). Between Skalné vráta and Bujači vrch (1,947 m), the weather became again very variable and because of the cold winds and the fact that there were no options to shelter, we decided to return to the mountain hut. From there, we took the yellow trail through Dolina Siedmich prameňov towards our car.
