Say hello to the 2022 Nissan Versa SV. Welcome to another episode of Cars Unlocked. We're going
to go through all the features and the ins and outs and take this bad boy for a drive.
Let's jump into it right away and check out the front here. On the front end of the Versa,
this one has an MSRP of $19,898 and you can see it comes with features like our halogen,
headlamps and fog lights is what you get on this SV package. You have the flattened out Nissan
emblem and that's for your sensors behind there with four features like your forward emergency
braking so it will help stop for you if you're about to get into a forward collision. Nice chrome
v-motion grille on the front end here. Let's check out the side profile. On this SV, it's going to
come with 16 inch two-tone aluminum alloy rims. You got front and rear disc brakes on the front
and on the back. Body colored mirror caps and body colored handles as well. So on the rear,
you're going to get things like rear parking sensors, backup camera when you're parking
and let's take a look at the trunk. My only beef with this car is you can't pop the trunk from the
rear. You have to go around to the front and pop it. So I've already popped it and even though you
can't pop it, you get a massive trunk here for this small little sedan. There's a ton of cargo
space in the back. Let's jump into the inside of the Versa SV and yes, you do get the Nissan
intelligent key. You don't have the keyless access. You still have to use the fob to get in and out of
the car but let's check out the interior here. Started up with the push-button start and a couple
complaints right out of the gate that you've heard me talk about with the Versa before. In the seat,
the seat is comfortable. Don't get me wrong but just these white accents, I'm not really a fan of
on the seats and the white throughout the dash. It does give a two-tone look but longevity, I don't
know how these are going to hold up over time and what they're going to look like five years or six
years down the road. D-shaped wheel is great, gives you a lot more leg room. Just an up and down and
telescopic wheel. Automatic headlights are a great little feature in some of these basic cars.
Heated front seats is ideal and you have digital temperature control. Whopping 1.6 liter
four-cylinder engine attached to the Nissan Xtronic CVT. It's going to give you 122 horsepower
and then you'll get 6.7 liters per every 100 kilometers combined. So really good fuel economy,
smaller engine. This isn't your Nissan Maxima where you're going to be going
racing fast with that 300 horsepower. This is fuel economy, great city driving, good, I call them
little puddle jumpers. They're good for zipping in and out of parking spots and running errands,
going into those cramped parking spaces. You're going to love this thing but let's see how it
feels on my end. You get a six-way adjustable driver's seat and it is still a smooth ride for
the entry-level sedan. Like not a little bad acceleration and with this CVT you want to
accelerate a little slower. You don't want to just step on it and floor it but blind spot monitor on
each side, automatic headlights, automatic high beam assistant. There's a lot of safety features.
I'm going to direct your attention to the backup camera. So you do get the large backup camera
right here on our 7-inch display and you have the guidance lines when you're parking. USB input so
you can charge your phone or any device so to speak and I do like the digital gauge cluster
that you have here with your fuel economy and your tachometer. If you want a little more space
you might want to go up to something like the Sentra or the Altima. It does feel tight in here
but if you're the only person in the car, maybe you have passengers not very frequently, this would
be a great option for you. So guys do you own a Nissan Versa? That's what I want to know. What do
you think about it? Which package do you own? And as always all my loyal fans out there who comment
Stephen A. I'm looking at you my boy Raymond. You guys know who you are. I don't have to ask who you
