Audience: Amy Lin (2019 MeiMei Concert)梅楣音樂會觀眾反饋

My friend recommended this concert to me and this is my first time. It was wonderful! Miss Meimei mastered the Shanghai style singing. I really enjoyed it. I have never been to Shanghai but I have heard the songs by Bai Guang, Zhou Xuan, etc. I’ve heard old songs like “Phoenix on the Wings” and “Night Bloom Fragrance”. I love her original song. It is very touching. I think it started out as a bit sad. The song “Noble Refugee” brought me to tears. I didn’t know Miss Meimei came here as a refugee. Now she’s accomplished so much. Very admirable! The band? The band did a great job. These instruments made the old songs very special. I want to say to Meimei: So glad I came to your concert. I’ll definitely come again next year!
