In 1999, a gunman entered Wedgwood Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, and opened fire. He killed seven people and injured several others. Mary Beth Talley was shot at close range that day and survived. Last year, she published her memoir, which focuses heavily on the aftermath of surviving such a traumatic event: Not Bad, Just Different - Living Life as a Mass Shooting Survivor. Mary shares the story of how things happened that horrific day, and how the Lord has been with her throughout every stage of her healing journey through the PTSD and grief that came in the wake of the terrible incident.
