The subtle body in kundalini yoga teachings is the aspect of us that can tune into the invisible realms. A strong subtle body gives us increased perception of what's really going on, beyond what we can physically see. This kundalini yoga kriya, known as the Kriya for the Ninth Body, helps us strengthen the subtle body so we can expand our awareness.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
