Craving for chicken loan but only has 15
minutes. Let me show you how to make it
faster than your delivery guy can show
up. Cut onion,
carrot,
cabbage,
scallions,
and garlic. To save more time, you can
also grab a salad mix.
In a mixing bowl, mix ground chicken,
soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
Set aside to make the sauce. Soy sauce,
dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and
chicken stock. You can also use water.
We are using fresh lomi noodles. You can
find them in most Asian supermarkets. If
you can't find them, don't worry. You
can substitute with udong ramen or angel
hair pasta. In a pot over high heat,
bring water to a boil. Place the lomi
noodles in the pot and cook for about 3
minutes or until al dente. Be careful
not to overcook. They will continue to
cook later. Transfer the noodles to cold
water. This stops the cooking and
prevents the noodles from sticking to
each other. Drain in a walk over high
heat. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Add the
ground chicken and stir fry, breaking it
apart into small crumbles until
completely cooked through and lightly
brown for about 3 minutes. Add the
garlic and cook until aromatic for about
10 seconds.
Remove from the walk and set aside. In
the walk over high heat, add 1 tbsp of
cooking oil. Toss in the onion, carrot,
and cabbage. Cook until slightly
softened for about 1 minute. Low me is
totally customizable. What are your
favorite addins? Share in the comments.
Remove in the walk over high heat. Add 1
tbsp of cooking oil. Add the low me
noodles. Stir fry until heated through.
Return the ground chicken, vegetables,
and sauce.
Toss until well combined for about a
minute. Lastly, stir in the bean sprouts
and scallions.
That's it. Dinner is ready in 15
minutes. This chicken loan is one of my
family's weekn night favorites, and I
hope it becomes one of yours, too. If
