SOUTHEAST- As the sun set in the west and the moon rose over the hills and dales of Tilly Foster Farm in Southeast, scores of residents celebrated Halloween during the Putnam Youth Bureau’s first annual Trunk or Treat.
Youth Bureau Director Janine Cunningham was thrilled with the turnout, thanking those for attending. She also expressed gratitude for the various Putnam County government departments and community agencies for decorating their trunks and “helping make the evening so much fun for families.”
Cunningham gave a special shout out to Putnam’s DPW Commissioner Thomas Feighery and his staff for “making our event a tremendous success.”
