MONTICELLO- Assemblywoman Paula Kay (D, Rock Hill) has received The Center for Discovery’s Senator Thomas P. Morahan Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her dedication to public service and her commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The honor recognizes her longstanding advocacy and contributions to the community, reflecting a career focused on service, compassion, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of New Yorkers and residents of the assembly district Kay represents, which includes portions of Sullivan and Orange Counties.
