GARRISON- Set on the river’s edge in Garrison’s Landing, The Garrison Art Center’s Annual Fine Arts & Crafts Fair boasted majestic Hudson River and Hudson Highlands views, as well as an exquisite spot to shop.
Thousands crowded into the southern Putnam County hamlet Saturday for the event, which highlighted high-quality crafts, a food court with an eclectic array of food, non-stop live music, and fantastic views.
This fair hosted more than 90 juried artists/artisans with furniture, wooden kayaks, photography, jewelry, gourmet foods, glass items, one-of-kind clothing, fine arts, ceramics, furniture, tableware, and more.
Organized by the Garrison Art Center, a not-for-profit multi-arts organization, the fair is a longstanding community event and an important fundraiser with proceeds assisting the Art Center’s acclaimed programming and special arts events and exhibitions for adults and children year-round.
