ULSTER PARK – A 52-year-old Ulster Park man has been arrested for violating an order of protection and criminal possession of a weapon – an ammunition feeding device.
State Police said Andrew Chamberlain was issued a temporary emergency risk protection order due to statements made concerning his welfare and the welfare of others.
A search of his residence resulted in the discovery of six large-capacity ammunition magazine.
Chamberlain was released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
He was arrested on September 7, but it was not made public until September 14.
