CROTON-ON-HUDSON – A traffic stop on Mount Airy Road in Croton-on-Hudson on Wednesday, August 19, resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old Elmsford man on several charges.
Police said Olajuwon Dancy was driving with a suspended license and had an active warrant from Croton-on-Hudson Village Justice Court for failing to appear on a previous charge of driving with a suspended license.
After being arrested, police found in him possession of some nine grams of crack cocaine and one glassine envelope with heroin.
He was charged with drug possession with intent to sell and two other drug charges, criminally using drug paraphernalia and vehicle and traffic violations.
Dancy was arraigned and remanded to Westchester County Jail.
