TOWN OF WALLKILL – The man who killed his father on August 6 and set his Town of Greenville house on fire has formally been charged with murder by State Police.

After his apprehension, the younger Ryan was hospitalized for treatment of severely burned arms.

He was released on August 13 and charged with the homicide, arson, tampering with physical evidence, concealment of a human corpse, and grand larceny.

The younger Ryan fled the scene and was captured on August 8 in the Town of Gilboa in Schoharie County.
